I ordered an ultimate meat burrito combo, and the woman told me I had to pay 10 cents for some salsa to put on my food, which I had already paid for. This doesn’t make any sense. However, you provide ketchup for tater tots without any extra charge. Can someone explain that?

I LOVE this Sonic location! It’s like a Sonic off of a TV commercial. Super clean parking lot, well maintained, and the food is always fresh. The staff is upbeat and friendly. They have the best mixed drinks; I normally get the cherry limeade. Everything on the menu is hot fresh and delicious!

If I can rate this Sonic a 0 star I would. I went in this morning and saw the manager yelling at a customer, who just wanted their order corrected. I waited a long time for my order and the employee was rude. Customer service sucks here! Also I believe manager name was Ana (because I asked)

I work near by, so I occasionally grab a bite to eat from this location and I must say that whenever the female manager is there, the staff is always top notch and on their game. They work like a clock in complete sync during rush hour. Satisfied customer right here!
