Workers are lazy rude and nasty. I was given an old sandwich took it back and the cashier thought it was funny and was laughing. Manager is rude do not go here

I've been going a lot this summer during happy hour to get drinks. Today I went after happy hour and ordered 2 route 44 drinks. They made one of my drinks with Sprite Zero with cherry syrup instead of the Coke Zero with cherry syrup that I ordered. It was even on the receipt. The girl that took my order brought the right drink and asked for the wrong drink back. She messed up and it's 106 degrees today. She took the drink back to do what, pour it out? That's just terrible customer service! Anybody with class, or even common sense, would've said keep the drink since we messed up your order.

Usually go here to get cherry cream slushies but it seems like the last two orders we’ve placed; they have not been done correctly. I usually never have problems with this location. Kinda disappointing.

Great customer service is always fast, love the onion rings. However, you need to upgrade your payment methods. It's more convenient for your customers. I love that's it's so easy to pay with apple pay or samsung pay everywhere I go. I hate carrying a purse.

Asked the cashier if I could upgrade my drink to a larger size and said “I already ringed up the order” but I’m glad he declined because Estefania served me a strawberry slushy when I ordered a strawberry limeade. Make sure to check your orders!

I went to sonic tonight around 10:30pm and they served me this pretzel twist was not cooked all the way. What a shame I never had a problem but serving me something raw is unacceptable. Do better sonic (cooks)
