I’ve been going to sonics for 25 years. I’m 34 years old so most of my life.

I went on 11/6 to this location and got some of the worst service I’ve ever received. Man answered the buzzer basically saying “what do you want”. He was super short, rude, and made it seem like I was an inconvenience.

Then he brings out my food, sagging his pants, not friendly or anything. This is why I rarely go to fast food restaurants anymore.

TERRIBLE customer service.

The shakes are made fast but the texture is very drinkable, reasonable pricing and fresh. Exactly what I expect from a fast food joint.

Not sure if the guy working the drive thru was having a bad night but he was such a jerk. I ordered 3 drinks and repeated it back before I pulled up. I get my 2 ocean waters and ordered a grape slush. He gave me strawberry. Not really a big deal but he wanted to argue with me about it for a split second. I don’t like drama and not sure why he gave me a look like I he wanted to punch me in the face but Jesus, it’s just a drink order. Where the hell is the customer service? Do you just hire anyone with a pulse?

Hispanic girl who worked tonight (Friday night close to closing time). I am a next-door neighbor and the other staff is so nice to me & my family. Tonight the same rude girl that it seems like the same one always is rude. Thanks to ruining a great night for my family after we had a busy & productive night. It was you that messed it up for me w your uncalled-for attitude. I don't even trust the food after her giving it after two cars got their order before us.

They dont honor sonic deals. They screw up your order 95% of the time. It will take 20 minutes (I timed it twice) to get a simple soda. Stay away from this location. Its the WORST sonic around. I live next door and I still drive 3 miles to the next one to get my sonic because on how bad this place is.
