This was the first time I’ve been to a sonic in years as I am visiting from out of town. My kids and I were excited to order some food after driving for 5 hrs. I asked staff if my child could use the bathroom as they were locked when we tried the door. The server said no they are not for customers. Pretty sure restaurants are required to have bathrooms. Upset I ordered first before asking as I would have just left. Would have given better reviews if not for the horrible customer service. Do better Sonic.

It was my dinner after a long day of 2 jobs, and my surprise was that my food was rotten something very unpleasant, I hope I have some good explanation for this because my health is at some risk and besides I can't lose days of work if my health gets bad because of this serious incident, and not forgetting that I'm just wasting time that I could see rest after a long day of my 2 jobs and apart from my money that I spent! Thank you

went there yesterday to pick up three drinks I had ordered on the app. They had these express lanes for when you mobile order but the app said the number was invalid, but that's whatever so I just moved to one of their regular stalls. I check in on the app for that stall, ten minutes pass by and nothing. Figured maybe they're busy so I click the button and ask. Was told to "hold on for a minute" but then they disappear. I decide I'll give em a couple more minutes and try again but then nothing happens, multiple people have come and gone through the stalls and both the drive thrus so there's no reason they can't get to us. I click the button for the third time now, they finally responded and told me they'd get my order out but still another ten minutes pass and instead of new drinks they bring us the, at this point, 50 minute old drinks. My companions were so fed up at this point I didn't try getting us new ones so we just took the almost flat, watered down drinks and left. For something that should've been so simple (a mobile order for three drinks!) it took almost an hour and the results were subpar in the end. I don't know who's doing the training at this store but this is just incompetent and disappointing

To the gentleman at the window, thank you for your kind response and tone after I asked about the tap feature. I appreciate it.@Sonic CORPORATE-Upgrade your POS system to have a tap feature. Highly sketchy to have my card taken to another part of the place that isn't visible from the drive-thru window.I ordered a small reese's sonic blast. Isn't it called a "blast" because there's supposed to be a blast of flavor in every scoop? So why was there a tiny scoop of reese's crumbs on top (which by the way is, what, 11 cents worth if that?), and the rest is vanilla ice cream. I couldn't finish it because I'm pretty sure the dairy was expired. The taste and after taste was horrible.Never again Sonic.

This is my second time at this location and I had the same experience both times. The young lady that works at night is extremely rude. I don't think she needs a job in customer service. The first time I came I excused it as she might have been having a bad day but this seems to be her normal attitude. I'll go elsewhere.

12/20 around 10 pm the young girl is always so rude. What is her immature ordeal & always? Do better at customer service cause no one should be having to put up with disrespect & rudeness. Many won't.

Guess the girl at the drive through got mad because I asked to give me a second. Once I was ready, I said hello I'm ready- like 3 or 4 times. Waited a few minutes. Still saying hello- noone ever came back ask me for my order. This location has always been like this- slow service and rude.

This place literally has the rudest staff ive ever experienced. In real life they are all little rude snobby girls. They turn around with attitude and theyre drinks suck. I havent had a raspberry limeaide in weeks bcuz they just cant make them. I hate that i live so close to here. I can walk thats the only reason i come

I don't go to sonic often, but when I do, it's because I'm craving a hot fudge sundae. They always do a great job at this location and I just wanted yall to know that. Sure wait times may be a bit long during peak hours, but I think people should have compassion for those that work here. Great job guys.
