Food was not very good. We didn't want to waste our money-we got to-go and didn't feel like going back. Tasted like BBQ that you would get out of a grocery store deli. We expected more. Buttermilk pie and banana pudding were ok.

Thank god this meal was catered to my job so I didn’t actually have to pay for this. The sides had no seasoning. Not even salt and pepper. If you’re going to serve canned green beans the LEAST you can do is season them. The meat was so dry and flavorless. The banana pudding literally looks and tastes like a nuclear bomb went off in it. I have to say I’ve had hospital food that was better than this.

I ordered the two-meat plate — it was absolutely divine! The ribs melted in my mouth, and the chicken was also very tasty. The potatoes on the side were a perfect addition to the meal. The staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Soulman’s Bar-B-Que really hits the spot for classic comfort food. The ribs were smoky, tender, and packed with flavor, while the mac and cheese was creamy and rich—the perfect side. Even the veggies had great seasoning that balanced the meal. It’s a solid spot if you’re craving hearty Texas-style barbecue.
