Don't let this sloppy picture fool you. I go to the gym every morning and drive by here for the first time to get donuts for my grand babies and son. Then drove to pleasant grove. So maybe when I drove over there it got messy. I have been to other locations near by and a drive thru in pleasant grove they are super fast with order. I was mad because it took for ever to get my order and I have very small amount of time to go drop off my son to get to work. I want to say it took him a few minutes to give me my order. I'm not a fan of donuts I love the donut holes. And when I tell you about these holes you will forget about my picture that I'm blaming it on me because of the travel. When I opened the box and saw the holes they are so big. A lot bigger than other places I have been at. The flavor is very very good. The customer service was ok . I understand not all of us are morning people like me. Don't expect it from everyone. The flavor of these holes made me forget I was mad f how long it took them to get me my order. And that is the reason I gave it this rating. I did not try everything else i ordered donuts and pig in the blanckets I will ask my girls after school and will update my review. Other than the wait I rather wait to get a good perfect order than a order that is just incorrect. And never have I got my chocolate donuts in a box now I see why they are big ones. Maybe they have new manager because I did not have an issue with the speaker and the gentleman got to work as soon as I gave him my order. But like I said it takes time to make good food I know that for a fact.

I come here every so often and the customer service is always bad , I came this morning and ordered about 20 dollers or more worth of food , I had coffee at home realizing I had no milk so I simply asked for just a small cup of creamer and they said no that I would have to purchase a hole coffee just for the creamer smh jeez how

This branch has the absolute worst customer service ever. They also never have the orders ready and have a bad attitude about having to do their job. The manager Luisa is not professional at all. She would rather loose customers than do her job. The other worker girl/guy also has a very bad attitude towards the customers. I have had to wait 20 minutes just to pick up an order. I would not advice anyone to buy donuts here. Response: I am representing the customer that purchased your product. By you throwing a fit because I couldn't speak into the speaker you delayed their delivery. There is no professionalism here. You should put your emotions aside and do your job.
