Spatch Kitchen and Cocktails

I went here for my cousin’s birthday brunch. We had to wait 30 minutes to an hour before the server even came over to acknowledge us. When she finally arrived, I asked for water and told her I was ready to order. However, she walked off without taking my order. It took her another 30 minutes to an hour to return and take orders. When she finally came back, someone at my table ordered a mimosa tower. It was flat because it had been sitting out for 30 minutes to an hour before they even brought it to the table. I asked to speak to a manager, but they stated they couldn’t remake it because they had used three bottles of Champagne to make it. Keep in mind, their mimosa towers are $125, whereas everywhere else I’ve been, they are $70 or less and come with juice options. This place doesn’t offer that. After expressing my concerns about the service to the server, the manager offered to discount the mimosa tower. The food runners didn’t know who ordered what, mixing up and delivering incorrect orders. On top of that, my boyfriend never even received his food order. I don’t eat beef or pork, so I asked if they had turkey bacon or sausage. They said no and that I couldn’t substitute it for anything. I will never be going here again, no matter how nice the environment looks. Service is everything. Not having turkey options or the ability to substitute due to dietary restrictions is very inconsiderate. 0/10 – Do not recommend.

Made reservations for NYE because I previously liked the weekend vibe. Plenty of open seats definitely not busy ordered drinks and dinner. Approximately 30-40 mins later a salad comes out and no other entree. It took the staff an hour to tell us that what was ordered on the menu wasn’t available. A subsequent order was placed , in the mean time that I am waiting for the other order, I am not eating. Long story short… slow, uninformed changes to the order and our waitress was at the hostess stand all night so I have nothing positive that I can say except the DJ played a great mix!

The overall experience was totally awesome. It was my birthday celebration I reserved table for 15 guests everything was exactly what I wanted my girlfriends had a great time ..live DJ, friendly atmosphere awesome drinks, great food & the most attentive waitress. I was very pleased and give 5's across the board. The lady (Kimmie) that helped with my reservation was so nice, helpful, professional & she made herself available for any questions/concerns that I had prior to my celebration. I will definitely be back and recommend to others...

Y'all this restaurant is a WHOLE "VIBE!" This time I had the Hangover Hamburger w/ breakfast potatoes and it was amazing! Last time I had the Seafood omelette and it was just as good! Lottie and Kimmie (the hostess at the front door) are SUPER PROFESSIONAL and beautiful! 😍 #lovethisplace!

Stopped by for a quick vibe check-in on a very quiet Christmas Eve. Not many tables full but Sade (the bartender) welcomed us with such a beautiful spirit and for it to be our first time, we were blown away by everything…the food, vibes, ambience, hospitality and her signature drinks (spicy Margs for the win🍹)

We were taken care of by Naya (our server) who was attentive, quick, awesome aura (energy doesn’t lie ☝🏾) and the very best host of our first experience. She explained all the events and special occasions that the venue hosts which we bookmarked for future drop-ins.

We missed out on the patio experience because it was a rainy wet Christmas Eve with folks gone for the holidays, but don’t hesitate. Swing by immediately for A TIME ….relaxed vibes during the weekday, brunch on weekends or Afrobeat on Sunday nights. Ask for Sade or Naya!!

Worst food I have ever purchased. Food looks like a $10 meal yet was charged $46.
Not recommended you can just go there to sit for a drink not the food too pricey and not worth it.

This place is a brunch and party spot. Change your expectations. If cocktails is in the name, food is probably not the number one focus. Great drinks overall

What an amazing time . My daughter birthday celebration was here. My first visit. It’s beautiful. Atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. Tv , hookah , live DJ . Dressy Casual atmosphere. Really Nice. They offer bottle service and you get a shout out party by staff . We really enjoyed our first visit. Staff friendly. Lots of drinks to choose from. I’m a they offer mock tails which is nice . Thank You to our service staff for making this a special day for my beautiful daughter.

This place has gone down tremendously
:( Nasty unclean environment, kitchen& bathroom was dirty. Made us sit by bathroom & refused to move us. Servers not dressed neatly nor in any kind of dress code. Very disappointed. Bad management. Somebody need to call the health department. I will not be returning

Came for brunch after the hype IG post. This place wasn't all that it seemed. Ordered oxtails and grits. Sent it back. Not that it wasn't good but the oxtails had no meat so not paying $45 for grits and gravy. Then got seafood omelet. Zero salt pepper. No one in sight to send ketchup/tobasco. Needless to say I will never come back. I do highly recommend johnnys chicken & waffles in Dallas. That's 10 stars out of 5!

Pervasive service, dubious, horrible, I hate that I went there. Don’t go there if you from another state. Robbed me of over $216 for a champagne I never drank with friends.

My 1st Experience at Spatch Kitchen aka Scratch was not a very good one. 1st off when my family arrived they didn’t have our reservation which was a $50 Deposit and my cousin had to pull up her personal email to show her reservation confirmation. 2nd…2 of 4 of the Mimosa glasses were stained with Lipstick,. 3rd the food server brought out food and because the platter he was carrying it on did not look like our orders, so we said No when he asked was this our orders. 4th the waitress came & asked why we did t get our food, she must of taken the orders down wrong. 5th when they brought the food back to the table it was in partials and Cold, so we had to send them back. And lastly when we asked about the $50 Deposit as to why it didn’t cover the meal for the person that paid it, so I would advise them to change the Deposit to FEE, because that’s exactly what it was.. So this was my 1st and Last experience and I say Scratch the Spatch!! 🤨

I was absolutely disappointed with service at this establishment. After booking a reservation and securing a $50 deposit, upon arrival, the reservation could not be found. After retrieving the information from my personal email and providing a receipt of payment, the hostess still did not have any knowledge of my booking. After waiting 35 minutes past the reservation time, we were finally seated. We sent our food back multiple times because it was cold. The flutes provided for the mimosa sampler was unclean; at which point we asked for plastic cutlery and cups. Our waitress was nice and empathetic. The DJ had a great music selection. We requested to speak with the manager due to all the discrepancies encountered, and when she came over- attitude was served. I've never seen such unprofessionalism. I highly do not recommend anyone book this establishment.
