Showed up 7:30p on a Sunday only to see staff turning ppl away and have everything picked up, cleaning the store as if it was closed. Store hours show this location actually closes at 8pm so if this has changed then the hours need to be updated otherwise the staff need a serious talking, if not fired. Would’ve let it go but saw them also laughing as ppl were walking away as if they knew they were not doing something right.

I’ve been frequenting this location for years and unfortunately, as others have indicated in their reviews, the cupcakes are now extremely dry. Such a bummer.

Came here for my birthday cupcake and ended up purchasing an additional one. I chose strawberry and vanilla and they were delicious! The customer service was great as well. Parking was easy to navigate and their card only - no cash.

Did work at this location approximately 5 months ago. Their maintenance company reached out to mine to perform work on one of their faucets in kitchen area. Once work was completed I was instructed to send over invoice to sprinkles accounts payable. I sent multiple times and reached out to maintenance company. Maintenance company doesn’t help me much and states it’s sprinkles responsibility to pay. There isn’t a number for sprinkles to get ahold of someone. Don’t understand why it’s a struggle to pay a bill. They say just email which I haven’t had a response. Won’t do work for them again!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of cupcakes I received. I've been coming here since they first opened in Dallas, and for the most part, this is the first time they were really awful. I get them every year for my daughter's birthday and did the same this year, too. The look of them was lovely. The inside OH MY! DRY DRY DRY. They were terrible. The frosting didn't even moisten them up. Maybe something was going on in the kitchen, someone having a bad day, I don't know. I drove almost an hour for these, and a dozen is not cheap! Disappointed.

Sprinkles has a special place in my heart as the first location I ever visited back in 2012. I remember when they had chairs inside, making it a cozy spot to sit and enjoy your cupcake. Sadly, they’ve since taken out the seating, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the quality of the cupcakes. The staff is still friendly, and the cupcakes are just as delicious as they were back then. For that consistency and the nostalgia, I give it a solid five stars!

I come here for birthday cupcakes for my family and it’s always a nice experience. I like to do an online order and pickup, it’s super convenient and they always get it right! I do wish they had more vegan options since they just have red velvet, looking forward to more variety :)
Who wouldn't love the novelty of getting cupcakes from a 24 hour ATM? The in-store staff is also delightful, but just once you should take the chance on late night cupcakes from a kiosk.
They only have one gluten free option at the moment - red velvet, but it was absolutely delicious! Moist and fluffy (which is a GF human's dream come true) and the frosting was also tasty!
For those who can partake of the gluten, the selection is quite wide and includes seasonal offerings.

This used to be my go to place for sweets, but I feel that the quality of their cupcakes have gone down over the last few years. I recently visited today and tried the banana cream pie and smores cupcakes. The smores cupcakes were incredibly dry and the banana cream tasted a day old. For $6 a cupcakes, I think the quality should be fresh and not dry. Also, the cupcake sizes seemed to have gone down from the past as well, while their prices have gone up. (Probably due to inflation) I will still give them a try again, but it may be time to start back baking myself or venture out to new small business dessert shops in the DFW.

I come here all the time and the workers are friendly and great! They went above and beyond for me and made gender reveal cupcakes for me the same day I found out the gender so I didn’t have to wait until the next day to get my order! They boxed them up a specific way I was hoping since I had multiple family members I wanted to surprise separately. I’m so happy they were able to bake half a dozen fresh cupcakes and fill them in with pink frosting so I could surprise my family the same day I found out we were having a girl! Super tasty and moist- always fresh. They went out of their way for me to accommodate all my needs- very appreciated!
