Ever since a private equity firm bought out sprinkle cupcakes it has not been the same. The protein cupcake in the atm machine was rock hard. It clearly had been in there for awhile.
The cupcakes behind the counter are not as soft as before. They don’t taste fresh as the previous owner had always stated they would be. I recently bought four of their seasonal coconut cupcakes and they were a disappointment. The inner custard was not soft. It was somewhat firm which surprised me. The cupcake wasn’t fresh. This isn’t the employees fault. Employees are simply following the new ways of the private equity firm that now owns Sprinkles.
I’ve given this place many chances and now I know I will never return. Plenty of other bakeries nearby that actually use 100% real butter and eggs.

Came from Oklahoma to visit my cousin and she brought me here. I had never had a cupcake as good as this! And the young lady working there was knowledgeable and super friendly!
i dont even like cupcakes and i LOVE sprinkles…the staff are just as sweet if not sweeter!! everyone ive ever interacted with here is an absolute angel :)

I’ve been coming to Sprinkle’s for probably ten years now and they never disappoint me. I just wanted to give a special shoutout to the manager Veronica who went above and beyond to display a kind gesture this past weekend. People like her are the reason why Sprinkle’s maintains its reputation. Love y’all! 🩷

Remember when you used to go in and they talked to you, took order, and delivered with a smile?
Now you select what you want on an iPad, and they ask for a friggin tip!! Can I get the tip as I did all the damn work?!?!

Showed up 7:30p on a Sunday only to see staff turning ppl away and have everything picked up, cleaning the store as if it was closed. Store hours show this location actually closes at 8pm so if this has changed then the hours need to be updated otherwise the staff need a serious talking, if not fired. Would’ve let it go but saw them also laughing as ppl were walking away as if they knew they were not doing something right.
