I was in the area and hadn't had a chance to stop closer to home, so I ran over to this location. The baristas we're incredibly nice. I was fumbling my books and shoulder bag, looking a little distressed, but they made my experience very welcoming. Definitely put my morning on a better footing for the rest of the day.

Please teach your baristas to not fill the cups until there's no space!...

When I got there a sign on the door said “we are close” (their misspelling, not mine) and I figure things happen, I’ll go to another Starbucks. I see the worker let people in and think oh they must be opening back up so I walk towards the door. She rolls her eyes at me and says “No, we’re closed” and shuts the door. What??

Only 2 people working in a downtown area… very slow, even when ordering ahead.

This is the absolutely friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to and Ive lived in Seattle where there is a Starbucks on every corner. They are attentive, welcoming, respectful, and well versed in the menu no matter the drink. Most times I go there and asked to get me something good just make sure It has a cold foam. From holiday drinks, to a matcha, to my fav white chocolate mocha, they have never suggested something that’s wasn’t delicious. They even take It as far as to tell me “ hey I dnt know if that’s your style based on what you order but I’ll add etc and I’m confident you’ll love It. As usual I love It and I love this Starbucks. Just left with a cold brew that could put Dunkin outta business. Cheers to tomorrow and what drink my taste buds will find.

Dear Owner,

I’m in Dallas this week staying at the hotel next door and have stopped by your store the past two mornings. I travel frequently for work and typically visit Starbucks locations across the country.

Unfortunately, this one has been consistently disappointing. Both days, it took nearly 30 minutes to receive a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The store appears understaffed, and it’s frustrating that mobile orders can’t be placed with a corporate card — which most frequent travelers rely on. If this is to avoid interchange fees, it comes across as cutting corners at the expense of customer experience.

This morning, you were also out of oatmeal — a basic breakfast item. That, combined with slow service and limited ordering options, makes the store feel poorly managed and disconnected from the Starbucks standard.

When I asked yesterday whether this was a corporate location, the barista laughed and said, “How could you tell?” That really says it all.

If you’re going to operate under the Starbucks name, please uphold the brand experience. Otherwise, it might be time to do your own thing.

Starbucks has become much more than a coffee shop — it’s a global symbol of consistency, comfort, and community. Whether you’re in New York, Seoul, or Ho Chi Minh City, walking into a Starbucks feels familiar: the warm aroma of roasted beans, the gentle background music, and the steady rhythm of baristas crafting drinks with precision.

The brand’s strength lies in its ability to deliver a personalized experience. From the customizable drink options to the friendly “name on cup” tradition, Starbucks makes each customer feel noticed. The seasonal beverages — like Pumpkin Spice Latte or Caramel Brûlée — add excitement and a sense of occasion. Their mobile app also deserves praise: ordering ahead, collecting rewards, and redeeming free drinks make the experience seamless and modern.

However, Starbucks isn’t perfect. Prices are relatively high compared to local cafés, and in busy locations, wait times can still be long. Some may also find the taste of certain drinks too sweet or commercialized.

Overall, Starbucks strikes a remarkable balance between convenience, comfort, and brand storytelling. It’s not just about coffee — it’s about creating a space where people meet, work, or simply pause for a moment of calm in a hectic day. Despite its global scale, Starbucks continues to feel personal — and that’s its greatest strength.

I wish they had closed this one instead of Pacific location. Starbucks is dead

EDIT: I would like you to re-open the Pacific location and close this soulless outlet mall version

From my experience this place is not so inviting 😬🙅🏽‍♀️🚫🚫. The customer service was horrible beyond measures. It made me not want to ever step foot in there again. Unlike other Starbucks they charge for things like water...? Also the ambiance is just completely off. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! IF YOU WANT A FRIENDLY BARISTA AND ATMOSPHERE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! 📣📣
