I came in last Saturday December 13 in the late afternoon. I ordered a latte and a food item. He confirmed the food item and made the drink but didn’t get me my food item which was a walnut loaf. He said it’s coming and I waited and then politely asked him 5 mins later and said it’s coming. It wasn’t busy and for whatever reason he seemed not interested. I waited for another 5 to 10 min and realized he wasn’t going to get the food item and just left. It’s not the end of the world but lFelt embarrassed and I was very polite The coffee was fine, won’t be back

Delicious coffee but it was pretty slow service. However, there was only two employees working their rear ends off-doing all they could to keep up. Not their fault-but for sure need to schedule more workers to help out!

First of all, they got my order wrong. I ordered lavender oatmilk latte, and they made it the matcha one.
The atmosphere was so-so, full of the at&t bros that work in the building. A lot of the seating was bar height, so not good for disabled when all other options are chosen.
The service was fine, besides my order wrong. They could use an intercom.
The food was nuked to magma levels and did not taste fresh baked and was bland. Would not get either item again.

Wanted to buy a drink but only takes cash, and I was trying to get rid of my US cash before I flew overseas, would be good to be able to pay by cash.

Been there at least 3 times a week. Conveniently located however for the hot Matcha latte, can the barista just stir a little before serving to the customers? 2 out of 3 times there're caked green tea powder when drinking to the end.

It's a very nice space with plenty of space.
I was tired from walking so I took my time to drink iced coffee.

Bad morning at Starbucks
Are you a food and beverage company?!
Yesterday, I walked to what was my favorite Starbucks for a green tea and everything bagel, to my shock and surprise, all of your seating had been removed, even the outside tables I used to enjoy! I asked the manager why, Jeremy Montanez, and just can’t believe the common sense about running his location, for your customers!

I got my tea, walked down to McDonald’s, sat and had a butter English muffin and strawberry pie, with plenty of seating and even charging stations!

How can you sell food and beverage, and not give us anywhere to sit?

Take a closer look at your customer service challenges!
