Been there at least 3 times a week. Conveniently located however for the hot Matcha latte, can the barista just stir a little before serving to the customers? 2 out of 3 times there're caked green tea powder when drinking to the end.

Bad morning at Starbucks
Are you a food and beverage company?!
Yesterday, I walked to what was my favorite Starbucks for a green tea and everything bagel, to my shock and surprise, all of your seating had been removed, even the outside tables I used to enjoy! I asked the manager why, Jeremy Montanez, and just can’t believe the common sense about running his location, for your customers!
I got my tea, walked down to McDonald’s, sat and had a butter English muffin and strawberry pie, with plenty of seating and even charging stations!
How can you sell food and beverage, and not give us anywhere to sit?
Take a closer look at your customer service challenges!

Have been waiting for 30+ minutes for a cappuccino now.. unacceptable
Excellent store of this coffee chain. It is very well located to serve people who visit that beautiful and busy area of downtown Dallas.
As soon as I arrived, I first visited this place to buy a City Cup. The workers were very friendly, and the female employee had been to Korea and spoke Korean very well, so she was friendly! It felt great to be welcomed so warmly from my first visit to Dallas!

Will never go back to any Starbucks again made the mistake of saying that I did not want a certain server by skin color to wait on me as makes bad coffee. Did not mean to me to be biased with description. The next I knew regional wanted to meet with me at the store with the manager. He was kind and and explained that I should never hsvr said what I did and I agreed. The manager thoughtout took notes and said nothing. By the time we were done I was totally embarrassed and will not go back to that store or any Starbucks sgsin..B. Be explained the policy of

Stopped tipping at all Starbucks because none of your employees ever bother to say thank you but they sure have no issue asking for a tip.

The mocha I just ordered, the worst coffee so far I ever had. They just put a bitter muddy lump of coffee in hot water, no milk or pump. No one would put this much coffee in 10 mochas together. Made me puke on first sip, can't get the taste out. Only a horrible person can do this to another person. Ruined my day !
