The mocha I just ordered, the worst coffee so far I ever had. They just put a bitter muddy lump of coffee in hot water, no milk or pump. No one would put this much coffee in 10 mochas together. Made me puke on first sip, can't get the taste out. Only a horrible person can do this to another person. Ruined my day !

The coffee was “okay”, but I ordered a gingerbread loaf, and when I got back to my office I discovered what I received was the pumpkin bread. The order filler clearly did not know the difference. Since I was already at work why I discovered the error I didn’t take it back. Not the end of the world, but disappointing nonetheless

While my drink was just fine and was delivered in a timely manner, that’s pretty much where the positives end for this location. From the “greeting” by the young lady who took my order to the guy who handed my drink the customer service was lacking; both gave off vibes that my ordering was an inconvenience and was really one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had inside a Starbucks. I wouldn’t go as far as to recommend staying away, just don’t expect the service to match the product.

Good and clean Starbucks with the latest cups and well-stocked food. Most staff are friendly, some are disinterested. You don't need to work in the building to access the Starbucks.
