The older lady that work nights has a bad attitude mad because she have to be there!!! She made my drink wrong and was mad that we were ordering drinks like i been working all week i don’t appreciate her at all everytime she working its a problem!!!! She was rude to my conwoker because she asked for chocolate in the drink!!!! She needs to be fired!!!!

I have been coming here for over a year now. This Starbucks is my absolute favorite because of the consistency and the people. There are multiple favorites but Claudia stands out the most. She is always super personable and gives me drink recommendations every time the season changes. She has never made my drink incorrect and always goes the extra mile. She never is flustered even when it’s the most busy. You can tell she knows what she’s doing. It’s easy going to the same place over and over for it to get old. Thank you Claudia for always making it fun, creative, and a great experience

Never had a bad drink here, but this is one of my least favorite Starbucks locations. The traffic flow is horrendous and spills onto the street. Cars will honk at you if you're blocking the roadway.

Service is bad. I came in to pick up my order and I nicely asked an older lady with short hair if their was a restroom I could use. She rudely told me that the store was drive true only. She looked very angry and then asked me if I was going to order with an attitude. I told her I was waiting on my Mobil order. She made some funny faces to her co-works. After I got my drink and got into my car I looked up and saw laughing and looking towards my car. I would have understand if she would have told that they didn’t have public restrooms, she didn’t need to be rude. Very bad service

The employees hoist the backroom door open with a garbage can adorned with flies. Those same flies were seen crawling in and out of everyone’s online order while I was waiting for mine.
