There were only 2 people working with plenty of people waiting. I waited for more than 20 minutes for a Frappuccino. The cashier was unpleasant and doesn’t speak clear and loud enough. She needs a customer friendly attitude to help alleviate some of the frustration with the wait. Poor service all together.

It took much longer than supposed to be, they first made my latter ready then almost it passed 10 minutes to have my banana nut bread. 4 people are working but very slow.

Probably the new CEO would need to do a field trip and see the mess here! It’s just shameful how Starbucks has gone from being a great offer vs crap service / product!!!

PETTY!!! Your associate (Hispanic female, early twenties) was putting stuff on a cart and she had created a gap 3’ wide between the last two “display items”. Myself and another patron walked through and she made us go back out and around the last basket. That is STRAIGHT UP PETTY…she had nothing in the way, she was about 6’ away working on something…GROW UP…I gave you grace and did as you asked, you shouldn’t be so petty.

Service was terrible. They forgot the main element in my drink. As I lined up for a refund, they all of a sudden were able to add the element. Lazy and rude.

Bad baad coffee at this location! Stay AWAY! It's the worst coffee I've ever ever had literally anywhere. It doesn't taste right, it's nasty.This Starbucks should be shut down! Do yourself a favor and walk to the OTHER DAL Starbucks a 1 min walk away, the one by gates 11-13. They do great coffee there.

I empathize for the employees as it’s a tough situation to keep up with the demand. That said, they didn’t seem to care that people had waited 30 minutes for mobile orders. Lots of orders just left behind due to flights. I’d suggest either improving the process or giving a more realistic timeframe when it’s expected.

Haven't been to a Starbucks this bad so far. Ordered 2 HOT double shot espresso and 1/2" half and half and splash of cinnamon.Both came COLD lots of ice and coffee at the bottom and splash of cinnamon on top of ice!Told the cashier that it was supposed to be hot. She took them back. I heard my name again. Picked them up. They were in different cups, but again, they were COLD like ice coffee! Apparently, they dumped the ice and poured the coffee in another cup. No half and half, no cinnamon.It's been a pretty bad morning as we look forward to having a hot cup of coffee to start the day. We dumped it and went to another coffee shop at the airport.Mistakes can be made and wouldn't be the first time, but showing no respect to your customers is not a good business.
