I came in early around 5:50 am and a beautiful Hispanic lady made me my first ever Pink Drink. It was nice with a ginger shot. I opened my laptop to get caught up on somethings and I heard the lady make a comment in her ear comm to her coworkers who was also there when I walked in but I was over in the seating area, so why was she saying my name and being rude about me to her coworkers. It was a bit hurtful and made for a weird situation. Im usually very direct and would say something face to face but instead I watched them intently. They passed back and forth to one another and the other young lady even whispered to her coworkers that I was looking at them and they both turned and looked at me. It was so strange to be treated so oddly in a place known for its exceptional atmosphere and amazing customer service. Thank you ladies for making this weird for me. I wont come back to this location again. You all rock times 10.

I am leaving this review to document a highly unprofessional drive-thru experience that occurred today around noon at this location. The employee involved was Keaton, and his behavior warrants corrective action.
My mom was driving, and I was treating her to coffee. After ordering two drinks, she realized she had forgotten to add a bacon gouda sandwich. She immediately apologized to Keaton and politely asked to add it. This was a minor, routine request.
Keaton responded by letting out an exaggerated, audible sigh, clearly expressing annoyance and frustration toward a customer who had done nothing wrong. This reaction alone was inappropriate and disrespectful.
The situation escalated further when we pulled up to the window. Before opening it, Keaton intentionally leaned down, made direct eye contact with me, and gave a large, sarcastic smile and wave. This was not friendly or playful—it was mocking, deliberate, and completely unprofessional. At that point, his behavior crossed from poor customer service into openly disrespectful conduct. It made it clear that he was reacting personally and intentionally, not accidentally or under stress.
No customer—especially one who was polite and apologetic—should be treated this way. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the brand and should not be tolerated in a customer-facing position.
I requested a manager, and I want to clearly recognize Matt, the manager on duty, for handling the situation appropriately. He listened attentively, apologized sincerely, and took the matter seriously. His response demonstrated professionalism and accountability and was the only reason this situation ended on a positive note.
This review is not a reflection of the entire store or its management. However, Keaton’s behavior was unacceptable, and I sincerely hope this feedback is reviewed and addressed so other customers do not experience similar treatment.

Worse experience ever was told I wasn't allowed to get a Trenta because it's not for iced coffee which it clearly says on Starbucks website trentas are for Refreshers, cold brews , and ICED COFFEE so what do you mean I have gone to multiple Starbucks never had this problem so rude

I had one awful experience there with an employee, in the drive through, several months ago, called and reported it to the manager and despite this location being closer to my home, I decided to go to another location permanently. They are lovely and I have since spent over 1k in drinks there this year. Horrible employees with bad attitudes can cost businesses money! The other location will be getting a 5 star review!

This Starbucks is great. They are friendly, quick, the drinks are neverrr wrong and always taste as expected. I enjoy grabbing my food to go, or coming inside and enjoying it there. This is one of the better locations and has seriously become great in the past few yrs.
However, allowing dogs inside that are not service dogs is gross. I love dogs! I consider myself a dog person with a super spoiled dog that goes everywhere with us. But not to places that carry food--- it is against health code, it is a liability, and tbh, it is incredibly entitled and selfish behavior for the people who walk in with their dogs.

Have been coming here for a few months and I think I finally give up:
- the shop always stinks like burnt plastic and the smell stays on my clothes for hours
- intermittently getting bad attitude from the workers whether I ask for the bathroom code and get rudely answered that I have to purchase something (I did!), or they can be annoyed by the question itself and respond like you're a nuisance to them.
- sometimes they can't get your drink right (chances 1/20) and I usually don't feel like asking them to redo it because I expect to get an attitude from them
I think most of the baristas are fine and respond politely, but I don't like gambling and 1 out of 10 visits to get my morning ruined. The smell is persistent, though.
