OMG! I just received the best customer service at Starbucks! They made my drink wrong yesterday. And I didn’t notice until I got to Addison. When I called, the manager (Cesar) told me to come back and he’ll get me another one.
So, I’m here now and he’s making me one, gave me a gift card for another one. And making me another to take to my mom for Mother’s Day! Talk about customer service going above and beyond 🥹

I just went in to get a drink before work. The place was slammed!! However, the two people working were so efficient and maintained a kind welcoming atmosphere. I don’t remember the names of the baristas but they were KILLING IT!!!!! Every time I’ve come in I’ve been impressed but today they really went above and beyond today :)

I come to this Starbucks location often because it’s convenient and it has a good environment.
