This Starbucks is located in the children’s health Dallas hospital. I order always online and then go pick it up, so I haven’t had a chance to interact with the staff but my order is always done on time. It gets pretty busy there and it’s nice atmosphere and always kept clean. Food tastes good and fresh.

Costumer service was awful the lady that attended us had an ugly awful attitude she needs to smile more and also I sense racist because when she attended the lady behind me she was very nice to her . I didn't get her name but she had straight hair and dark

Located in the lobby of Children's Dallas Medical Center, this store is literally the biggest Starbucks I've ever been in. Many seating areas include a lovely and large outdoor area. What really shows is Starbucks' commitment to this great place of healing for our children..Hopefully you won't be in this building but, if you are definitely...Go!

A cafe that aligns seamlessly with the hospital's motto "Making Life Better for Children in Texas." If you make the kids, families, and their providers happy, then you're making lives better. Large, inviting space filled with employees, patients, and families. Seeing the universal happiness derived from a Starbucks drink is my favorite part of coming here. It's the perfect place to convene for meeting with mentors, finishing work, greeting new applicants, and decompressing at the end of the day. A big plus are the extended hours (compared to the others in the city). Menu/products - Carries all of the items that a stand alone Starbucks carries - yes, even the hip, new items. My favorite is a customized iced Venti, matcha latte with light ice and added vanilla syrup. When I'm there for a super late call, I'll grab the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich too. Yum. Also love the cookies and cranberry bliss. Too many options to pick! Payment options - you can use the Starbucks app and Apple Pay here! Woohoo. Cash and credit also welcomed. My favorite is using my app to preorder my drinks. Ambience - huge space with modern furniture. There are sets of tables with nice comfortable chairs, benches with small tables for one (or two), handicap seating, seats near the back, and much more right outside in the courtyard. I'm surprised people don't come here to study. Sounds busy, but people are in and out! You'll find a seat! Seems to be most busy right before shift change and afternoon - 6AM-8AM, 6PM-7PM, and 11-2PM. Staff/baristas - everyone's so nice, and some people remember my name! Location - located on the lower level near the piano and stairs of the butterfly atrium. You have to pass security at the entrance to come here. It's exclusive to patients, families, and employees. You'll have to check in/show your badge before passing the entrance.Thank you Starbucks for making my call nights so much better!

First time I've ever been disappointed at a starbucks. Got order and refill wrong. No self poured cream or sugar available to patio customers. No inside dining area. Mosquitoes everywhere. Definitely won't be coming back.

The baristas here are bawse when it comes to making a ton of drinks fast for a bunch of caffeine addicts jonesing for a fix. Props to them!

Kid drinks are available. Choose any drink, and ask for the kid size or any customization you want.

Jonathan Jeter

They are only open until 5 pm. They don't have any kid drinks, which seems strange since they're in a children's hospital.

There's no staff discount at Starbucks-- only .10 cup discounts

Starbucks is inside the hospital and they have limited hours.
