I have only been to this starbucks two times. First time a gentleman named Patrick was there by himself and he was such a pleasure. Second time a white lady was there, I didn't catch her name, she was not the greatest at all. I added 2 things to my drink and asked to replace milk with heavy cream. When I did she looked like I was a bit insane for asking and like it was the end of the world. Kept telling me my drink would take longer so I would have to wait because it wasn't simple like my friends since she didn't ask for any add ons. The only reason my friend didn't is because she saw the way the lady acted when I made my order. I have never had a barista from starbucks act like that with me. I will stick to the one across the street!

Service was unpleasant and over charged by $2. Definitely worth driving to a stand alone Starbucks.

Today, August 11, around 4:30 p.m., I went to grab two macha lattes, one large and one small, and a strawberry Frappuccino and the Hispanic girl who served us had a rude attitude and was not at all nice to us and made the drinks reluctantly because they taste horrible. I have been buying in this place for years and the drinks have never tasted so bad and the attitude of this person, I don't understand if they don't want to work in that kind of job because they shouldn't because people are going to buy not to be given the drinks

Got a coldbrew coffee... it was so sweet I couldn't finish the drink and my stomach got sick. How a coldbrew ends up sweet I don't know. FYI not everyone wants super sweet coffee, please don't add extra cold foam or sweeteners unless people ask for it. It's gross.

One of the girls in the store was extremely rude . Yelling and cursing at the other workers . Very unprofessional
