Mad Buy

It's a Starbucks! Fast, very friendly and clean. As I don't visit Starbucks very often, we were quickly shown cup sizes and not chastised about knowing the difference between a grande and venti. Much appreciated!!!

I'll cut straight to the chase. Admittedly, this location is one of, if not the best Starbucks in the area.My manicurist has repeatedly recommended I stop by, but I always just head to my fave on Lemmon. Well, today I decided to swing by instead of heading home, and I'm glad I did. The service is absolutely impeccable here. Reminds me of an era long gone and definitely is not the norm for most chain restaurants.IMO your location mgmt should do everything it can to keep the gentleman wearing glasses & ear plugs on their payroll. He's absolutely AMAZING!!! He handled an order change like it was no big deal. We all know from experience that's not how it can go more often than not. And the young lady working with him today (09Feb2024) made my coffee perfectly...like PERFECTLY...and quickly. I wasn't in a hurry but definitely appreciated the quick service. Keep her too!!!After receiving my coffee and egg bites, I decided to sit and stay a while. In the short hr that I was there, I saw that they are honestly a seamless team that really works well together. This isn't my regular Starbucks but I may have to reconsider that truth because I really did enjoy myself.Thank you for making my rainy Saturday an enjoyable one.

I had the pleasure of ordering with a sweet man named John. He was very welcoming, nice and attentive. He deserves a RAISE!!!I came in with a bad mood and left in a happy mood thanks to John.

Got my whole order made entirely wrong. Asked for white hot chocolate and it just felt like regular coffee also asked for whipped cream and no whipped cream. Gf order a cookie crumb frap and got a caramel frap. Asked for the white hot chocolate to be remade and wasn’t remade they acted like it was.

the drinks are good the atmosphere is ok however the past two weeks what appears to be the manager has talked down to the hispanic men who come in to pick up orders from doordash or ubereats and mocking their language to their face and behind their backs is disgusting. I only come in once in a while hopefully the manager changes or learns to keep rude comments to himself.

The best Starbucks in uptown. They never disappoint and everyone is always so nice!!!!! You feel like part of the family and your drinks/food are made with love.

Three out of the last four drinks that I spend $5.00 to $7.00 take like straight hot milk. Even stirring the drink makes no difference. Never again..... I will just go to Fox Trot

I really love the holiday white toasted mocha coffee. The barista makes it perfect every time. Location is also great and is walking distance from where I live.

Nice chill environment. The staff was really helpful because I was looking for a coffee that wasn't going to be too sweet since I was going to have some donuts with it.

Andy at this location deserves a raise!!!!! I ordered a Favor runner to go pickup my online order and the first Favor runner canceled on me when he was already at the store. I called and spoke to Andy to ensure my order was still there. He was so upbeat and positive, and ensured me he’d remake my coffee so it was hot! I had a 2nd Favor runner go pick up my order, and to my surprise I got a cake pop alongside my (still hot) coffee! Thank you Andy for making my day and being a great barista!!!

Why is it every time I order cappuccino or macchiato they seem like a latte? A splash of milk shouldn’t fill up a grande cup!

Woke up and walked to Starbucks. Door was locked at 5:30 am so me and another person waited till 6 am in 33 degree weather for someone to finally walk up and say only we won’t open till 6:30 someone called in. Then proceeded to close the door in us. No apologies no sorry for the wait. At least could have said come in while you wait. But nope closed the door and locked it behind him. Very rude and unprofessional of Starbucks.

This place is a hit or miss for me. There are certain staff members that are great and some that just should not be in the service industry at all. One guy in particular is the tall skinny man with a salt and pepper beard. He is highly cynical and narcissistic. I absolutely hate interacting with him. The other employee in particular is shorter and stumpier with a Napoleon Complex, who I assume is the manager (all the employees seem to act differently around him as if he is important), I rarely see him actually doing any work as he usually just stands around chatting or commanding the other employees what work they should be doing, also very unpleasant to deal with. I'm only writing this review for the instance I asked them to turn the A/C off on a day where it's already 60 degrees outside and the A/C is probably set somewhere close to that. I also work in the service industry, so I'm aware how the A/C works in restaurants. When I asked, the tall man just pointed to the manager and was like "thats who you need to talk to." So I asked him, his first response was that he had no control over the system, that "corporate" controls the thermostat. Then later in the conversation he said that he could turn it off but it would take 2 hours to "catch up." At this time it's 4 pm and theres a sign posted on the door saying the location is closing at 6 for a special event. 100% lies all around. If anyone is reading this who is not in the restaurant industry, restaurants turn the A/C to a cooler temp closer to close so people will feel uncomfortable and want to leave sooner, they absolutely have complete control over the Thermostats, so I know thats a false statement. Theres also the fact he (the manager) recanted and said if he did shut it off it would take until about closing time for it to warm up. He was caught in his own lie, first, secondly, it would not take that long, he just doesn't want to mess with it so he's using any excuse that comes to mind to not adjust it! I didn't want to debate this with him, however, as I have a blanket in my car which I had to get in order to be not freezing. As I walked away, though, him (the manager) and the tall cynical man mumbled something under their breath and then laughed. I'm freezing cold not deaf, I really don't appreciate being made fun of because I'm bringing up an appropriate issue in the restaurant. It's cold and windy outside and you have the A/C cranked all the up, people are already coming in with coats and fur boots on but I'm considered the crazy one for asking to make it a little warmer in here and then made fun of for doing so. Nice job!
