Excellent customer service. Swell greeted me as soon as I walked up. Suggested something when they were out of what I originally wanted. Carried on a personal conversation and was just all around a pleasure to speak to.
Starbucks is Starbucks. The coffee is decent but the people that work there are always super kind and efficient and if you’re in a rush this is the place to get your coffee obviously
I walked up after shopping and was greeted by Twelve and Jess. They made the best drink and the service was amazing. Jess took time to go into the back and get me fresh blonde espresso so it wasn’t watered down. We had a lovely conversation even when a target manager rudely stormed behind the counter demanding paper towels. The manager COMPLETELY interrupted us in a very rude way. But Twelve and Jess stayed professional and kind, even when being talked down upon. People don’t...
