THE WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE, I have been a customer for years in all the countries I visit and I have never had such a bad experience as TODAY, thanks to FINIS, I have visited the place twice, and I thought it was a bad day, but without a doubt the second time was worse, if you do not have a vocation for customer service it is simply not your job. (Starbucks is known for its experience and mine was the worst) thanks Finis

The tall African Guy is always in a bad mood and always talking down on the other employees. He also has zero experience in customer service because he's rude and dismissive to everyone he serves. Just not the same experience as any other Starbucks. People go to Starbucks for the experience and service. I'd say this location is not that. Just bad energy from the staff every visit since it's been remodeled. They are also always talking loud and playing music while sitting on the countertop

Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to this Starbucks after shopping in Kroger. When I approached there was a man sitting on top of the counter with his pants half down and his underpants was on the counter and he was on the phone, and also there was a lady on her phone. I stood there for at least 60 seconds before either one looked up , when the lady looked up she says “Hi” and immediately went back to her cell phone so there I was still waiting on service meanwhile the guy never got up from off the counter and never put his phone down. Since either one was willing to offer me service because they could not put their phones down I asked “ do they have time today “ the lady responds and say “ I said Hi” well I told them he was nasty for sitting dirty azz on the counter where things are being prepared and the lady wanted to tongue wrestle with me and go back and forth I said what I said either one of them acts as if they were at work. Obviously two people just there because there were no customers at that time. Just because you offer a customer a “Hi” and immediately get back on your phone is not customer service. So home office will be getting a written complaint.

The baristas at this location are extremely dismissive. My mom and I had an unpleasant experience here. We will not be returning.

Do not order from here!!!After reconstructing the Starbucks to be bigger… there’s never any employees there. This is the second time I’ve ordered and no one was even working. It’s a hassle getting a refund. Just go to the Starbucks in the Target across the street for your fix.

Weird guy came up to me naked from waist down one morning when I told security..she didn't seem concerned and didn't leave a spot at the front.. chose a different location..
