I'm almost always impressed with the staff at Starbucks but this one never fails to have miserable employees with poor customer service.

The lovely employee Alex was great! However, the employee Lola wasn’t. I ordered a strawberry acai with lemonade and a mango dragon fruit with lemonade. So Alex was doing the strawberry refresher, and it came out amazing. But Lola did my mango dragon fruit as I watched the employee. Alex told her mango dragon fruit with lemonade and easy ice. She proceeded to make it with water and then realized it was with lemonade because Alex told her, and she still had the nerve to serve it to me, and I had Alex remake it because it tasted like water after I wanted it with lemonade, but she thought I wasn’t going to notice since she had already made it half with water. So when I asked Alex to remake the employee Lola started mumbling/straight rude. Alex even apologized to me for the rudeness and mistake of Lola.

Darker skinned guy with glasses and a beard definitely needs a customer service course! Maybe he was sleepy or deep down wants a different job, but I didn't deserve the service that I received. I didn't complete my order order due to leaving the location, and will never attempt to get a morning cortado again.
I also recall on another occasion when I ordered a refresher from 2 young ladies and he arrived to the scene moments after smelling like tobacco and marijuana, then proceeded to guide the young ladies (assuming he's a manager) but even he guidence was very unprofessional and awkward. Again, he needs courses to enhance his style as a manager or regular employee.

I’ve been purchasing the same coffee for a very long time. As soon as I picked my coffee up from the counter I knew something wasn’t right. After telling the same young lady with glasses that I place my order with that my coffee was not a true venti she said “that’s how they all come.” When I asked her for a grande cup and filled what was in the venti cup to prove it was not a true venti all she kept saying was “that’s how they all come.” She went to assist 2 customers without another word and was banging the items as she was grabbing stuff. I went back in line to ask for a refund.
I won’t be visiting this location again.

I never write bad reviews. But i think this time is really necessary to do that. Any time I came to this place they have the worst costumer service ever!. Please be serious in this coffee place. You gonna lose costumers everyday.

I come in here every third wednesday morning around 7:45am to get myself a drink and my dog a pup cup. I take my pug Memo who has stage 4 lymphoma to his cancer treatments on these days so this is something small that we can enjoy together before I drop him off at the hospital, I already ordered thru the app so when I picked up my drink I asked the tall african american man with glasses (don’t know his name but if you go here you know exactly who i’m talking about) if I could also please have a pup cup for my dog. he doesn’t reply, walks away, so I thought he didn’t hear me. I waited for him to come back to ask again but he comes back with it? so I say thank you and he just walks away again, no reply doesn’t even look at me. I’ve dealt with this guy so many times before so i’m used to his annoyed attitude but on this day when i’m trying to do something for my dog who’s very sick that just really pissed me off. you never know what someone is going thru if you’re annoyed by any customer interactions then don’t work around people? this happened in April, my review got deleted (maybe just user error) and nobody reached out to me so i’m reposting it.

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. First the barista didn’t want to make my girlfriends drink because she tried to say they were “out” when another employee corrected her. My matcha latte tasted like straight whole milk when I asked for oat. These drinks were disgusting. Staff was rude as can be. Never going back.

The tall African Guy is always in a bad mood and always talking down on the other employees. He also has zero experience in customer service because he's rude and dismissive to everyone he serves. Just not the same experience as any other Starbucks. People go to Starbucks for the experience and service. I'd say this location is not that. Just bad energy from the staff every visit since it's been remodeled. They are also always talking loud and playing music while sitting on the countertop
