A very spacious Starbucks which has indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and treat you with respect. I came in a few times and each time the service and the drink was consistent. A quiet ambiance which allows you to work for a few hours. It seems that prices are finally stabilizing as it was hurting the brand.

Stop here almost daily for my coffee. If you have a chance to get greeted by Dereck you are in luck. Always remembers my order and my name and asks how my day is going. Best of all they don’t blast music to the point you want to leave the moment you walk in like other locations.

Just went in today yesterday to get a quick drink. Atmosphere was quiet, store was clean, and my drink was great! Unfortunately the staff was just a bit rude. I felt like I was interrupting something when I went in there to order, even tipped $2 for a $4 drink and I was ignored by three different baristas when I said thank you on my way out (it was dead quiet except for them talking so I know they heard me). Maybe they just weren't having the best day but it's not the best feeling being ignored like that. Outside of that, the service was speedy but I would hope in the future the atmosphere would be a bit more welcoming.

Nice spacious location, with lots of small tables. Drinks and food are good.
However, multiple batista fail to ring up my free refill but instead accidentally charge me. While the amount is small, it almost always happens.
The bathroom can get dirty, with lots of toilet paper on the floor. I don't like that they have stacked toilet paper dispenser, making it hard to pull them out. Only air dryer is available in the bathroom.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair-friendly low tables, but the door cannot be automatically operated

I went in tonight to get hot tea for my elderly mom. The very kind and helpful barista got me all hooked up. They no longer sell by the box but he 'problem solved' and helped with THE best attitude. Refreshing...thank YOU! I have been a customer and resident of this area for two decades...it's changed but lovely to see kind and helpful folks are still in Uptown at West Village. Thank you again!!!
