Come to this store often during work for my usual tasty Starbucks strawberry refresher and a bagel with cream cheese. The store has gotten to know me by name, they know my order and they have always provided good service. Been a regular customer jere during the week.

Wish I could give zero and it's only because of one guy working the counter. Wish I knew his name. The coffee never comes out the way it's supposed to. I ordered a Frappuccino and he literally didn't put the whip cream .. that's a signature ingredient. I had to ask him to add it and I was told the reason he didn't initially add it was because "most people don't like it" so he just didn't add it and only adds it when it's "asked for" ... so bizarre. Never have I ever been to a Starbucks worse than this one. I'm not even a huge coffee drinker nor a yelp review lthat's how you know it was bad. I think they need some new staff here. Just my opinion. Update it's the next day. I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha which comes with whipped cream. The whipped cream was spoiled. I politely explained the situation to them and asked that they remake it to which homeboy said "it's because you left it sitting for too long" I almost laughed..... I can assure you I had no time to waste today. The lady who made that coffee had handed it to me. It was not "sitting" and ironically enough I had a Frappuccino as mentioned above yesterday and the whipped cream was perfectly fine not curdled at all. So unfortunately I just gave up and threw it away. Such a waste. You'd think They would take curdled whip cream a little more serious and oh I don't know maybe try to find out which canister it was so that they could replace it. I'm mad at myself for not saying something about that but I felt bad enough as it was because the line was so long. Why is it that I pay for a coffee. They make it wrong / give me a spoiled product and I feel bad and anxious to even ask them to remake it!? Whatever. Hopefully I won't get sick... order at your own risk Wishhhh I would've take a photo.
Staff is always super nice and helpful. Not sure what all the negative comments are about. It does get crazy busy during markets, but they keep up pretty well.
