The staff is usually VERY kind and attentive at this Starbucks. I’m here at least twice a week, sometimes 3 to 4 times. I have never seen this dude but his names Moises and he’s terrible at customer service. He needs to either be placed at another store or find another job where he doesn’t have to react with the public face to face.

Order coffee and again, got no whipped topping or extra drizzle that was paid for. Mocha tasted like a watered down powdered packet of hot cocoa. Disappointing.

Parking lot is tight and congested. When I walked in, there was a lady standing there and I thought she had already been helped and it was close to 3 or 4 minutes before the attendant offered to help her. When I got my order after waiting for several minutes the person that I would have been behind in the Drive-Thru line was just at the crest of the curve.

The parking lot can be tricky to navigate, but the drive thru service is incredibly efficient. The interior is well-lit by natural light, and the barista service is also efficient. The staff communicates effectively with one another. While the decor was a bit sparse for my taste, the facility is well-maintained. The pecan oatmilk cortado was delicious.

Esbe… definitely has growth to do with being the face at the register for in store customers. The entire team looked entire team looked stressed to be honest! my drink was below warm… danish smooshed… I know it goes down smooshed anyway but sheesh… care about the quality of your products and service! Only 3 customers in store and they are in a frenzy about WiFi being down! Give great service to the ones you can help! Talk about a start to a Friday Morning!
