I visited store #6254 this morning for coffee and a sandwich. I spent $11.80. and was extremely disappointed in the level of customer service from one of your entry level managers. She was unfriendly and dry in her customer service response. I am in the service industry and I would never have expected this kind of behavior from anyone let alone a “manager” on any level. When I worked in fast food restaurants, our drive thru orders were primary and who ever was assigned to the drive thru, they gave stellar service with precision to keep the line moving. Her greeting when asked to take my order was dry and unconcerned. No smile upon payment and no receipt. And no “thank you” for coming. I had to ask for a receipt and when I requested napkins, she said “we don’t have any.” Really? Will not be visiting THAT location again. I think they need to take a page from the playbook of Chic-fil-A. Do better SB because we have too many options for coffee spots.

I was having a bad day and I was craving a brownie at the moment. Went through drive thru and the worker seemed a bit bothered not friendly at all. I dropped the brownie on my white shirt. Didnt get napkinss either. Her name is Amanda. ?

This is more of an FYI than a ‘bad’ or ‘good’ review, necessarily. I’ve been living in the area for more than two years, and this is my closest Starbucks— so I feel like I’ve gathered enough information to have this opinion: This location is the SLOWEST Starbucks around. Sometimes, I go to the one on Lemon if I’m in a hurry, even though it’s more out of my way, because I KNOW it will be faster. One time, I even said to the drive-thru person at the Lemon location, “Do you know that you guys are way faster than the one on Oak Lawn?“ And the person replied, “Yeah, I hear that all the time.“ so I know it’s not just me. Granted, I don’t know how it is on the inside of the Oak Lawn location— I usually go through the drive-thru. But my goodness, and maybe it’s just me, I would much rather have someone politely and efficiently take, and give me my order without being so gregarious. I don’t need to be asked how I am with bells and whistles and over the top friendliness /showmanship— Like, I just need my drinks and frankly, you need to be getting people through the line more quickly. I don’t need you need to be rude, or silent, but after two years of trying and wishing this could be my hands-down, go-to Starbucks and KNOW that it won’t take me half an hour to get through the drive-thru no matter what time of day it is… I felt I should leave a review and give a heads up to people that this is not the case. They are very nice at this location! And I’ve never had an issue with my drinks or food! However, it is absolutely 10 times slower than almost any other Starbucks I frequent in the area.

I’ve been here multiple times and every time my drink is disappointing. I tipped on my already $9 drink, which is why I hate the tip before I get my drink option only. I tipped for a drink that wasn’t made correctly, at all. No cinnamon, no brown sugar, and ice all the way to the top essentially. You can see in the photo I asked for light ice…I drank it all because I needed caffeine, it tasted awful. I can no longer pay this kind of money for this kind of service and quality. I broke up with you today Starbucks.

This is starbucks. You know what you're getting when you come here. Even though there was a line that stretched all the way around the building, we were able to get in, get our order and be on our way in just a few minutes. The staff was very friendly.

I spent $10 on a "tall" latte and my cup was only filled half way. The sugar plum Danish was given to me COLD. The lady at the register told me I would have to wait out of the drive thru if I wanted it "re-warmed". That thing was almost frozen, therefore no it wasn't warmed before I got to the window. Very disappointing.

I was in a 30 minute line to get three coffees. The girl who made my coffee’s handed me them in a tray I could see two of them were leaking heavily from underneath a lid. I hand the one I’m going to drink back and nicely ask if she could put this in another cup or try another lead because it’s leaking all over. She double cupped it and sent me on my way. Needless to say my car and pants are covered in coffee.

They can't make a cappuccino. PERIOD.it was literally hot milk and nothing else. No color, no froth, nothing.IT CANNOT EVEN PASS FOR A LATTE , a latte atleast has an espresso shot in it. It's just pure cappuccino hell.. Is this the end of Starbucks Cappuccino?I had to go ask for regular brew coffee just to get some caffeine that morning because this cappuccino was undrinkable and I didn't want them to make it again just so I can throw it in the trash again. Oh also paid 6$ for it.
