This Starbucks location is consistently terrible in the mornings. I've been here three times, and only one experience was pleasant thanks to an employee named Joey. The other times, a rude young woman with a bad attitude has been working.
Today, 3/8/25 at 6:53 AM, she was at the drive-through window. She responded with "WHAT" when I asked to scan my rewards, refused to give her name, threw the card reader at me, and rolled her eyes when I paid. To top it off, both of my spinach feta wraps were completely frozen. I've tried calling seven times to complain, but the line is always busy. Avoid this location!

I have came to this location for years and everyone is super nice and sweet. Except for Victoria, both times she has been extremely rude. She should not be in customer service with the attitude she has.

The last 2 times once in drive thru and once going into store. The staff have been rude. They seemed upset that I ordered in app and picked up in drive thru. I chalked it up to someone having a bad day. The next visit I went inside. I asked for the code to the bathroom and was told I had to purchase something first rudely. For a store I go to no less than 100 times a year I expect better.

Probable one of the most inconsiderate n offensive Starbucks in Dallas. I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for almost 2 years and there’s been a couple employees whose been there for the length, no one cares to remember my name or even notice be but Ian. Which is fine but alwhile I hear them call their same skin employees by their first names and greet them with excitement. The music is so loud you can’t study or have to blast your AirPods on loud to drown the noise. Bathrooms usually match the energies of the baristas, they don’t care. I never finish my drinks seems thrown together. Oh yeah, and they kick everyone out at 6 pm. The SBs on Lemmon/Inwood and by Total Wine make this place feel like a real dump.
After my experience with this Starbucks location 4023 Lemmon Ave today. I will never purchase another coffee here Agin. The most disrespectful and embarrassing thing happened to me today. I am a Starbucks reward member, and I had two coupon's one I used yesterday and one I was using today. The coupon was only valid upon purchase of another item, so I purchased another item. I was doing everything correct I went to pay she said that will be $5.30 I said OK no problem I went to make a payment it only charged my card for $5.00 she aggressively said you owe 12 cents I respectfully said I would go get the 12 cents and return if she could remake my beverage, she Rudley said yeah... I come back to pay the remaining 12 cents after she ran my credit card for $5.00. I went to pay she Rudley and aggressively said we refuse service to you with all of the employees laughing in the background. I said I would like to have my drink since I paid for it, she said I canceled out your order. I was never treated so poorly from Starbucks when I spend money with them all the time. I was so humiliated and mistreated by the Manager with short pink hair. I hope this never happens to anyone else again she needs to be fired she completely ruined my day. It was such a bad experience I did turn this location and her into Corporate and filed with the BBB. She had no reason to refuse service to a paying customer who was not in the wrong with creating a seen of rude customer service. She did not act like an adult but a child. Starbucks due better with hiring team members.

Incredibly rude baristas. There did seem to be some profiling going on, as the person who took our order was perfectly sweet to the old woman in line before us (which... kudos to them for that at least). Especially after tipping 20% and patiently waiting a full ten minutes before following up about our missing black coffee, I would have expected at the very least a "sorry about that" or "our bad." I understand this is a stressful job and there are a lot of plates for each of these baristas to spin at once, but as a server myself I don't understand taking such a bad faith approach to your customers.

I've done a few experiments.
Customer service is MUCH better going thru the drive thru rather than going inside. I've experimented with time of day, day of work, holiday season vs non-holiday since this place opened. And today I decided to write a review. Coffee is always well made. Better than many others in the north Dallas area.
They are very helpful, friendly, and provide all-around good customer service...if you stick to the drive thru. Come inside and it's a less than enjoyable experience imo.
Still my favorite option in the Uptown/Oaklawn area.
I've officially learned my lesson...just stick to drive thru.

Racist people work at this Starbucks. Walked in no hi no nothing. Waited 5 minutes at the counter nobody came to help. Shame on all your purple and pink hair people

Terrible terrible service they make my drink bad have drive back once the I get there the manager Loren toll me the I have to paid for fix my drink she has terrible terrible actitud
So when you go to the drive thru and someone else is in front, they pull forward and you pull up and literally 2 whole minutes pass before they even speak, that is so rude, my only question is, was it intentionally done to me? Or is this just their standard way of operating?
