Ordered at 7:36 was in line outside by 7:45 it said my drink was ready on the app they proceeded to take someone who was behind me first because they went thru drive thru but I bet my order was in before that didn’t get my order until 7:56 and it was wrong ..

The slowest Starbucks in Dallas with the worst beverage quality. I drive out of my way to a further Starbucks every day to avoid this place. Employees are generally unfriendly because they’re always stressed out/not enough people working.
This store should honestly just be closed. At least until they can figure out what they’re doing.

I use a stop by here on my way to work. I had to stop coming to this location. It’s always a long wait in line every time I place my order I asked for vanilla, sweet cream and a warm blueberry muffin. I got to work no cream in my coffee at all blueberry muffin was not one on top of that waiting 15 minutes in line for coffee is ridiculous

The guy at the window was super rude. Almost threw egg bites at me when I didn’t even order them. When I told him I didn’t order that and gave it back he was visibly mad, rolling his eyes and asked what I wanted. Told him I ordered a muffin, then I had to again tell him I also had a drink in my mobile order. Super rude.

$7.31 for a venti drink with this much ice seems pretty crazy to me. It’s unfortunate that a company as big as Starbucks seems to solely care about price gouging and not delivering at least a good product for the price. This reminded me why I am not a regular customer and never will be.

The closing time is at 9:30pm we where there at 8:20pm not even close to closing time and it was closed so unprofessional we where waiting for a few minutes saying hello to the speakers we Got closed to the window and it look like somebody was there avoiding us don’t recommend coming to this location!!

Google says closing time is 9:30 workers please to better and provide a better service. Window rails where already closed at 8:20.

It was 5:30 PM and the website says they close at 9:30 PM. A guy with dreads came to the window and said that they were closed could not take orders. They also had to drive-through blocked off so you couldn’t place orders.
They serve those of the Drive thru faster than those of pickup

Having a bad day as it is, decided to treat myself to a coffee… I order online & get there to see that my coffee was missing the pumpkin cold foam I tell the barista and this lady has the audacity to say it melted! That she could give me some in another cup! Like what???? I want it on top of my coffee! Mind you I got my husband a coffee as well WITH COLD FOAM !!! And his has it!
