MAN SCREW STARBUCKS ANYMORE. MY 15 YEAR OLD SON WENT TO THE WINDOW TO GET US 2 WATERS. NOW MIND YOU I WILL PAY A QUARTER OR SO FOR WATER. THESE UNGRATEFUL RUDE EMPLOYEES PUSHED MY SON AWAY SAYING WE HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING TO EVEN GET A WATER SMH. THE MOST CRAZIEST THING IN THE WORLD BECAUSE YALL COULD Have EASILY CHARGED .25 for a WATERRRR BUT INSTEAD YALL TURNED ME AND MY SON AWAY!! THIS NEW STUFF WITH STARBUCKS HAS ALREADY PULLED ME AWAY FROM THEM. THIS HAS MADE ME WORST. IM DONE BUYING FROM A RAGGEDY COMPANY LIKE STARBUCKS.
REMEMBER THERE GETTING BACKLASH FOR KICKING PEOPLE OUT OF STARBUCKS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. MAYBE SCOOTERS COFFEE WILL HAVE BETTER DIGNITY AND CARE MORE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. DONE WITH STARBUCKS
Whoever was making the drinks on Wednesday at 5:45 needs to stop making drinks didn't follow directions and the drink was not that good also had an inappropriate comment on the cup

The woman taking my order kept rushing me i wanted to order two drinks and and she was like ok its and i told her i was still ordering she just kept trying to tell me the total after each item (i only had three) i got a pink drink and i still wanted to customize it and she wouldnt let me when i went to the window the other girl fixed my order and i saw the first girl immediately catch attitude i ordered it with sweet cream and cold foam( did not receive) but i still taste lemonade when there should be none. Do not come here. Keep in mind when i got there there was no one.
Worst Starbucks ever, worst experience ever. Ruined my whole day. I thought I would place my order online while waiting in a long drive thru line to save some time. When I got to the window this is what was written on my cup. “Thanks for placing it then not giving us time.. we love that..” I was in disbelief, and started sobbing almost immediately. This is beyond mean and unnecessary. I couldn’t even drink my matcha because I was so upset, $8 wasted. I feel like they would have saved time not writing a passive aggressive message on my cup and just making the drink.. Worst customer service ever.

Usually a good Starbucks but today (Sunday 9/22) was the absolute worst service I have ever had here. Horribly rude taking an order and snapped at me while I was being patient with this person because she seemed like she seemed to be new- but I guess she is just new to customer service in general. Maybe a different job would be the best choice for her.
Being snapped at while you’re giving a drink order when you’re paying $10 + for a coffee is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back to this location. I’ve given this location 3 chances and this was the last.
2nd try- went by again this morning. Asked for a venti of my regular drink since I have the points I’d been saving. The cashier kept speaking over me “I got you, I got you”, but still charged me for them instead of using my points. Can this place get it right- at least once? My fault for going back.

12-22-24: Could have grown/ground/brewed my own coffee faster than their drive thru is. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru (20 of which was spent after talking to the lady through the intercom) to pick up a mobile order, got locked in the drive thru couldn't get out. Get to the window and sit for another 5 minutes to see 4 workers not doing anything. My cups were sitting right by the ladys terminal the whole time we pulled up. Finally get our coffee, which is considerably cold at this point and guess what...coffee is wrong. Don't waste time or money here.

They messed up my order 3 times and ended up still with the wrong coffee and the matcha had no flavor it was completely watered down ….. never again!

Really bad service
This was by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. The worker handed me a hot cup with no sleeve, and no extra cup to protect my hand. When I pulled the lid off to add stevia, the cup had been overfilled, baptizing my car, my lap, and the parking lot with a river of dark brown. Which meant they also didn’t add much of the heavy cream I asked for.

Waited 20 min and decided to leave. Workers sat there didn’t acknowledge us at the window and tried to make all the drinks in the drive through before turning in orders to costumers. 8 cars in total. Ridiculous honestly.
