I always order every Sunday before church, but this time I ordered on a Saturday and they accidentally got my order wrong and added extra ice instead of light ice but today they made it right and covered my drink. No questions asked, they were sure to take care of me. Thank you Team!

The night crew is horrible at this location! If I could give 0 stars I would. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, just for them to tell me that it was closed due to maintenance like really. It’s a whole line behind me. It’s always something when I go to this Starbucks.

With this location I’ve come to realize it’s a win or lose situation with orders. Whenever they are lose orders it’s usually because they didn’t add extras on my order that I pay for or they don’t put the lid on correctly and I have whipped cream or coffee running down the cup.

One of the worst Starbucks experiences I have ever had. Ordered through Mobile their Shaken Expresso with regular milk. Came to pick it up. Kudos for being ready. But the drink was filled to the very top ice, not able to to stick a straw or drink. And was literally just expresso with ice. No milk or classic syrup. I asked could they please put some milk and syrup in it. They apologized and agreed it was made wrong. Thanks for owning up. The remade it. Did the same thing with just regular milk. The drink was no good to me and I was late to where I was going.
How do you get it wrong twice when it it is written down in your system and is a drink that is commonly made? I have had issues with this location before giving the benefit of the doubt as they are a busy location. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back here. Dont go to this location. I know its convenient as its right off of 30 heading into downtown. But not worth the time and for me today, the money, as they got it wrong twice.

I guess it’ll be whoever is making the coffee but today makes day number eight where I have winter and the coffee is nasty today. The coffee would taste like coffee. It taste like they ran water through some old coffee beans and just to make a dollar this is ridiculous. I swear this is the worst Starbucks. I’m not gonna talk about the price wise. All of them got a good price if you asked me, but you guys need to do better and stay with whatever the recipe is this coffee is nasty at this particular Starbucks
