You can’t go in this Starbucks, just mobile orders and drive through. Workers have an attitude and things aren’t ready even several mi it’s after the app says they will be. If go out of my way to avoid this this one.

This location is on and off my drink is never consistent I always get a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and there’s times that it is sweet and other times when it’s bitter.

Absolutely AWEFUL SERVICE!!! I don't understand why people start looking for work and when they have one, they treat clients badly. The Drive tru lady and the barista boy were very rude. They were almost on the verge of throwing my coffee at me, they gave me a bad order and there was no way I could tell them anything if they were already in a bad mood when I arrived.

Terrible experience here . After going through the drive thru and receiving an INCORRECT order I parked and went to the walk up window to try to have my order corrected. The man inside looked at me and turned around. I waited over 5 minutes then called the location MULTIPLE times . No answer . I am now reaching out to customer service .

My nephew said his hot chocolate wasn't mixed completely & still had chocolate powder in it & my carmel macchiato wasn't the greatest or as hot as they normally are, but it was closer to their closing time too. Staff was friendly & nice though.

Parking: Not many parking spots available due to small parking lot and employees having to park there too
