No peppermint again today .

Either the the cashier or the management is bad at this place. I drove all the way from home and went there to grab coffee because it was close to my work place. At first I ordered my venti latte and as I was ready to pay, the system was done. Then she said , you have to pay cash, I told her I have only card then she told me to go get cash from Kroger cashier. Then they said I have to pay convenience fee to get a cash back. Even though that was ridiculous , I said that is fine. But since my card was credit card, they couldn’t give me cash back.All this process was wasting my time, at the end I told her I have done my part and I really want to pay and get my coffee. She said I am sorry I can’t do anything if you can’t get a cash.1. She has already wasted my time.2. Coffee is already made.As all the inconveniences was caused by them, i at least expect the already made coffee should be given and apology offered.But she sat there with the already made coffee with insincere apology. But shiny ha coffee , Starbucks didn’t profit and she made one customer late to work without coffee.

This site says it delivers on google maps and the website. Put in a 6 drink order, got to the end of the online order and there is was no option for delivery. Called the store, she’s like, “oh no we don’t deliver”. And then says I need to call my credit card to put a stop on the payment.

We stopped here to purchase a giftcard for a birthday and we couldn't help but to order a couple Starbucks as well. ($25.00 giftcard, grande matcha green tea latte and a cheese danish-warmed)

Cashier Patricia was the most rude employee there . She always takes orders in such a bad manner ! She complains when we order more than 3 drinks . She repeats the order to the person making it out loud so we can hear that she is bothered that people order drinks!! They need to change that person or change the way they treat people . ! We love Starbucks but people that work there seem to hate people that shop there . PATRICIA if you don’t like that job just quit , but stop making people uncomfortable with ur bad mood!!!
