I’ve wasted enough money and time at this starbucks! The YOUNG GIRL NEVER MAKES MY DRINKS RIGHT! I’m done giving this location chances. It already took too much time for that drink so I wasn’t going to wait for the other employee to get back and ask her to make it instead. She was already helping other customers when I left and I was in a hurry. I don’t have time to stand around and wait for my drink to be slowly made wrong again by the same person! Thanks for another drink made wrong!

I really enjoy the Mocha cold with whiped cream. Itis so good! This Starbucks is inside Tom Thumb, so I drink it while I am shopping.

I go here more often than not every time before I grocery shop and there used to be a really nice girl who worked back there and my boyfriend and I loved talking to her. Not sure where she's gone but the girl that works there now literally gives me anxiety. She so rushed and always talking on the phone in her airpod. She talks to herself while she makes the drinks which is fine but it just makes the whole experience feel stressful Because she's usually knocking stuff down and running from each side of this 8 foot long booth... it's literally kept me from getting coffee the last 3 times and it's inconvenient because this is the closest Starbucks to my house! She's usually the only person working so I understand being busy but it's like I'm the only one ever in line when I've been there. Making my 2 drinks. Are coffee shops not supposed to be chill and relaxing? Even if it's in Tom Thumb. I wasn't gonna say anything ever but my bf is there rn getting our drinks Togo and he said she's doing the same thing. Energy is transferable and as someone with high anxiety her chaos has completely turned me away from this Starbucks.
Went in with the intention of getting a drink but the girl that was going to take my order began to ask if I was going to pay for the cup I brought with me. I informed her that I had already paid for this cup from a different place but she was still trying to accuse me for trying to steal a cup. I told her to look at my cup it was used and needed to be washed before getting my drink but she was in a bad mood and did not want to hear me out what bad customer service they went as far as to look at the camera lol I ended up walking out the store I didn’t get a drink from them.
