They don't understand the concept of DoorDash pickup, during which customers pick up their own order. They flat out refused to hand me my own order. See attached photo for those unaware of this pickup option. After the misunderstanding, they were talking about me and laughing at me within hearing range, which is very unprofessional.

I ordered a medicine ball that is now called something else. And two cheese Danish.But it was not good. I asked to have it made over. Still not good at all and they over heated the danish. So I will now go to Duncanville to have it made the way I like it. But customer service is great ! Nice and Friendly !!

This is literally the only Starbucks that can NEVER make my Lavender oat milk macha correctly. This is the 4th match I’ve paid for and it’s so bitter. They don’t put enough oat milk in and barely any lavender cold foam. Look at the picture. I haven’t even drank it yet and look how it’s not even filled up and dark green it is. So ridiculous and disappointing!!!!!

They guy named Wes at the front was so welcoming and love what he does! I showed him a picture of the drink I wanted and he executed it perfectly!! It tasted so good. I will definitely be back for his drinks.

Best in town!!! Something else indirectly related to this business, security guard on duty walking around harassing people and taking pictures of people and their cars on parking lot??? Today he was threatening me and my friend for smoking 100 feet from building saying that he will call police and towing to get rid off our cars???This gentleman was African American about 4 feet tall probably retired and working part time security job, Very unfriendly and unprofessional behavior, this gentleman should not be interacting with people he is unfit for any job that requires conversation!!!!
