I ordered a medicine ball that is now called something else. And two cheese Danish.But it was not good. I asked to have it made over. Still not good at all and they over heated the danish. So I will now go to Duncanville to have it made the way I like it. But customer service is great ! Nice and Friendly !!

This is literally the only Starbucks that can NEVER make my Lavender oat milk macha correctly. This is the 4th match I’ve paid for and it’s so bitter. They don’t put enough oat milk in and barely any lavender cold foam. Look at the picture. I haven’t even drank it yet and look how it’s not even filled up and dark green it is. So ridiculous and disappointing!!!!!

They guy named Wes at the front was so welcoming and love what he does! I showed him a picture of the drink I wanted and he executed it perfectly!! It tasted so good. I will definitely be back for his drinks.

Best in town!!! Something else indirectly related to this business, security guard on duty walking around harassing people and taking pictures of people and their cars on parking lot??? Today he was threatening me and my friend for smoking 100 feet from building saying that he will call police and towing to get rid off our cars???This gentleman was African American about 4 feet tall probably retired and working part time security job, Very unfriendly and unprofessional behavior, this gentleman should not be interacting with people he is unfit for any job that requires conversation!!!!

Best Starbucks in Dallas. Mark (store manager) and his team are absolutely amazing, get to know customers personally and spend effort to make the beverages, food, and experience perfect for every customer.
Amazing store layout here. Still has the old, cozy style store interior. Bathrooms also have actual paper towels instead of the stupid Dysons that are sonehow always mounted so the air shoots directly into the sink and sends water flying everywhere.
Windows face west so it stays moody inside. But the patio laid out north south in a walkway, so it gets amazing sunlight around noon. Store opposite the sbux is vacant so its fairly quiet outside too.
Best sbux I have visited in a long time after they started going downhill with the remodels
