This is a most unfortunate edit to the previous review.

Where do i begin.. this store is 1 of the unique Starbucks in that there's no drive thru. That makes it a little more like a community coffee shop- for work and socializing. In the European sense.
It has also seen it's share of managers over the yrs. Some better than others, but most were at least helpful and most all did a good job of hiring some of the best baristas. People who worked hard, are very helpful and conscientious, but MOST importantly, were just plain delightful to be greeted by. They were the ones who could pull you up out of a bad day-1 had even once made a lovely sign for a regular customer whose dog had passed. In the years we've come to this store, we've had maybe 5 drinks made incorrectly (most of which were our own error). But in just the last 2 weeks I've had 3 drink orders improperly made. And was horrified to learn that nearly all our best baristas are gone.
What has changed is the latest management. And this change has not been- in the least bit -better. Most of the baristas we have come to know and love have been run off and replaced. It no longer is the place we came to socialize and to be greeted with our beloved baristas. I can only hope that corporate management (which seems to not be improving anything anymore for customers and baristas) can at least see that the baristas who have been there long before only ONE new manager arrived, are no longer there. Not to mention the quality of the products has greatly diminished.
Does Starbucks even care anymore what their business model began with?!? Hiring good people and helping them. Customers were listened to.
This is nothing like it was before. A manager makes a difference and this one has run off the very people that made this small shop very special. What was once a warm and inviting café, is now, AT BEST, just another conveyor belt coffee stand stop in. &I'm not at all the only one who feels this way either. Customers, esp regulars, pay close attention and have noticed. This new manager will end up costing the company. No one wants to go there anymore. There is plenty of coffee competition. And no doubt, revenue will suffer. The personnel decisions this manager has made will come at a cost. It should stand as a warning to corporate that managers matter- because customers go for more than just coffee there.
Not at all happy with a shop we've frequented for 15, some of us 20 yrs. We have, between us all, bought the minimum of 4 specialty drinks/day 5 days/wk (pre covid) with food and now roughly 3-4 days/week. At least up until recently, as all our favorite baristas began to be run off at this store and now none of us want to go at all and will now have to choose elsewhere to go.
Corporate should do the math better.
**Pay closer attention not to put all their eggs in one manager basket- the greater barista run off should've clued them in.**
Perhaps the fall in revenue will send the signal. And hopefully they will take a closer look at their business model and most importantly, the managers and police them more than the have the baristas>:(
After so many years, very disappointing.

Best Starbucks around! Great, helpful staff!! The remodel was MUCH needed. Has a diner feel now, lol, not much seating anymore, but at least cleaner and easier for the baristas:)
Of all the Starbucks I've been to, this one has the greatest baristas of all. They are friendly, kind and attentive.

I will never return to Starbucks as a business after my horrible experience at this store. The manager, Liz, made my time at this location uncomfortable and excruciatingly difficult. The only saving grace at this store are the baristas, that unfortunately have to work under such poor management. This location was a much nicer environment before she took over. I will happily spend my money elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with this Starbucks. This morning I went there to buy food. Before I bought food, I asked to use the restroom. This white young boy asked me if I purchased something before he allowed me to use the restroom it was so disappointing. I am so disappointed.

The staff are amazing! I can't say one bad thing about any of them! And, Liz the new manager? So sweet. Benny, Devyn, Milo, Ryan, Liz (haven't named all of them lol) all of them are so sweet and is very understanding. I adore all of them and love their amazing drink skills. Props to Starbucks for hiring the best.

Yall are stressed and it shows.

As a daily Starbucks customer, I’ve noticed that some stores require a purchase before allowing customers to use the restroom. How wonderful is that? Why not take it a step further and install machines to charge customers just for restroom use? That would be even more convenient for you! As a major company, shouldn’t Starbucks be more professional in handling such basic amenities?

Great and exceptional service at this location. The morning manager Liz does a great job leading by example... My favorite spot when in the area..

I would give negative stats if I could. My 9 year old daughter was denied using the restroom because of “customers only” policy. A friggin kid…wow. Never coming here again? Coffee is crap anyway, scooters is better anyway

The gentleman with a short crew haircut when above and beyond to make my visit comfortable - he was positive and friendly and I appreciated so much!

I love this location! The entire staff are so sweet and friendly. I visit every morning to get some espresso to go in my personal cup. Most the time I'm in and out in just seconds! Today they kindly brought my mug out to me while I was working my reactive dog. And they brought my dog a pup cup too! Very sweet.
