I went in @ 11:15 on September 3rd in the morning and the barrista called April that was at the counter doesn’t even say hi doesn’t say anything until I started saying my order which was a pink drink with peach juice and cold foam and I waited until she finished writing it on the cup and after that she proceeded to tell me the balance for the drink and I told her I’m adding another drink which I was confused bc usually other baristas ask me anything else? But after I told her I wanted an iced caramel macchiato upside down and started writing it on the cup and it looked like she was struggling but since I only wanted to add 2 pastries I tell her can i also add a cheese danish and whenever I finish telling her that she immediately claps back at me and tells me can u wait I’m writing it down and i didn’t say anything bc I’m not a confrontational person at all but i look at the guest next to me and the lady just stares at the barrista and after that April doesn’t even proceeds to tell me anything she turns her back and doesn’t even tell me that my drinks and my food was going to be on the other side so I just walked away and the other barrista making the drinks handed them to me which she was so efficient and super nice. The drinks where perfect and i also did get my pastries but i didn’t check my food items until I got home and my brother said hey this is not what i ordered i look at it and it’s a lemon loaf pastry which I asked for a cheese danish. I will not be returning back if she is going to be at that location.

I stopped here on my way to school today and was absolutely appalled by the girl working the counter. I will say that my drink was fine, but the customer service was terrible! The girl barely spoke at all, literally only told me my total and asked if I wanted my receipt in an annoyed voice and had a very annoyed look on her face the entire time. It made me very uncomfortable to be there and it felt like I was very unwelcome. She made no moves to approach the register when I approached and very much acted like she didn’t want to be there. When my drink was ready, she didn’t say anything and just pushed it my way. I was honestly very relieved it was done quickly and could get out of there. I will not be returning here and will stick to my other Starbucks locations.

Elderly lady making the drinks was absolutely the worst. She got upset because I wanted to add stuff to my drink while she was making it. I wasn’t even done ordering and she was already working on the drink. I understand trying to be efficient but don’t get upset at the customer that has done absolutely nothing wrong because you can’t comprehend that not everyone wants their drink the same. I was literally the only customer in line so I don’t understand why she was in such a rush. After she kept making annoyed gestures, I told the other nice lady taking my order that I would like to cancel my order.

Very rude barista (elderly lady who it seems multiple people have left poor reviews about…) with poor customer service who sought to blame another worker and offered zero solutions to my problem. Not pleased with this location at all.

I can't understand how a chain like Starbucks Coffee can have these foods like this, it's unfortunate and unpleasant to see. What the person in charge told me is that they are to show nothing else! This is unacceptable as it will cause me to ask for something if I am going to imagine that I am going to eat a dessert full of flies
