This has to be one of the best locations all across DFW area. The staff are so friendly and courteous. They know me and they know exactly how I like my drink. Plus they always greet me by my name when I walk into the cafe. They have an excellent crew at this location.

It's a Starbucks the people are always nice and friendly.
The AC was too cold, the store music was too loud and the barista argued with me about the free refill policy that she doesn't understand very well. The barista didn't even apologize when I showed her that the free refill can be any drink regardless of the original purchase (from the SB website).
Starbucks, if you want your customers to stay loyal, you need to train your staff better.

This Starbucks location is on the way to Fairhill where I have to occasionally drop off or pick up my goddaughter. It's nice that it has a drive-thru in case you don't have time or don't want to go in. The food and beverages are what you would expect from a Starbucks, well above average. The nice thing about Starbucks is that when you order something at one location and then order it at another one you know that it's going to be the same thing. They are really great about customer satisfaction. The baristas were very friendly and took the time make small talk with us. I would highly recommend this location.

Yesterday in the afternoon we came to the drive thru to order our regularly Iced Shaken Oatmilk Espresso and a Chesse Danish ( that was literally freeze) We waited 15 minutes and we were the only car there. The car behind us left since they were takins so long. But thatās not the big deal. My husband and I started feeling horrible. I donāt know if the oatmilk was bad or was the little bite of the cheese danish, but we got intoxicated with fever at night and a really hurtful stomachache.
Iāve been coming here since 2 years ago and I thought it was the ācleanestā Starbucks near my house. š¤¢

This Starbucks can definitely work on improving customer service. I was denied a pup cup because I didnāt place an order on this visit! Iāve ordered here many times and never asked for a pup cup. The barista told me itās against policy to give a free pup cup without an order. As an old Starbucks barista I know that is not a policy and especially not good customer service especially when itās a non busy hour. The time it takes to give a pup cup would have been the same as the explanation. I wouldāve totally understood if it were rush-hour and would not have even asked.

Ordered a grande latte hot.. this location is literally down the street from my job 2-3 minute drive!! Why is my drink not even full? Charged for a grande when you basically gave me a tall?! I hadnāt even drank out of it yet or even put in my sugar! Guess Iāll go back to Coit and 635 location! Might be father away but at least I know Iāll get a full cup of coffee aka what I paid for!!!

I usually donāt leave reviews for Starbucks, but I feel the need to share my experience with this location. I stop by here daily on my way to work since itās the only one between my home and office. Unfortunately, Iām rarely satisfied with my drink. Something always seems off, and while Iāve tried to overlook it since itās ājust coffee,ā one issue has become impossible to ignore.
The gentleman working the drive-thru, though polite, needs to pay more attention to his personal hygiene. His appearance often seems unkempt, and his nails are in poor condition, which can be unsettling when he hands over my cup. This has made my visits uncomfortable, as I feel hesitant about drinking my coffee afterward.
I want to clarify that this is solely about cleanliness, and I have no issues with anyoneās personal identity. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as itās an otherwise convenient location.
