The to-go line to this Starbucks was long when I went so I decided to go inside for faster service. I ordered a tall black iced coffee and it took 18 minutes to get it. There were two people in front of me that waited even longer. I thought that drink would be one of the fastest drinks to make? I’ve never worked as a barista so maybe I’m just ignorant but if it takes that long for 3 people inside the store to get their drinks then this is corporates fault and they need to hire more people for the store. There were only two workers there the day I went. Other than that the people working were polite and just trying to make it through the rush.

Didn’t even help my Uber eats driver just handed him a random drink and when he went back they gave him the drink that was sitting there since I made the order couldn’t even make me a new drink ?

I have stopped at this location several times on my way into the office over the years. The service at the window is typically OK. No complaints but no big memorable compliments either. Just like all Starbucks locations, I am unsettled with the idea that I’m being asked to pay a tip on a small five dollar cup of coffee. I understand one could argue that the tip is going to the workers and all the hard work that they put in. I believe in tipping. I get that the workers should be valued more. So today my tip and suggestion is that Starbucks Sr. Leadership, reduce your bonuses and increases their salaries. I literally am taking time to write this review today because I paid over five dollars and some change for a tall white chocolate mocha, then asked to tip on a partially empty cup. When I was handed my cup, it felt a bit light. In my haste to drive away I put it in the cupholder, and when I got to the red light, I picked it up to take my first sip. I knew immediately that it was a half a cup of coffee . So I took the lid off and I was wrong. It was a little over half. I’m not happy because of how much I paid for a cup of coffee and then I didn’t even get a full cup. Maybe today I can just be called Coffee Caren. Okay.

Usually okay service but never outstanding especially today. I always get a drink specifically asking it to made with Almond Milk and they couldn't even do that one adjustment.
