ordered a coffee at the drive-thru and caught the cashier deliberately adding a $5 tip without asking—clearly assuming I wasn’t paying attention. This wasn’t a mistake, it was intentional. When I demanded the receipt, they scrambled, called a supervisor, and voided the charge. This is outright dishonest and unacceptable. Customers, protect yourself: watch the payment screen, ask for your receipt, and speak up immediately if something looks off.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a matcha latte with coconut milk. 90% was ice and 10% was maybe the product. I paid $6 for ice? Seriously? Also my partner order a dragon fruit drink and the drink barely had any product as it looked extremely pale. I would never order from this location.

Went through the drive-through. There is one young man who works in the morning who is so bubbly and friendly. I always leave with a smile. Service really does matter!

I always ask for a London fog with light water and I swear they give me extra water every single time. I go out of convenience, but at this point I’d rather not have anything at all.

There was things in the bottom of my cup (water) like floating around not sure what it was . Iced coffee was decent. I did drink out of the water tho . Kinda of grossed me out .
