Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been stuck on the drive thru line for 30 minutes - on a Thursday at 3 pm.
Terrible service. Went to order and these people are playing over the intercom and was refusing take my order. You have kids running the store and you wonder why your ratings are poor! Grow up! January 3, 2026 7:58pm
No acknowledgement when standing to order. Nothing. Just workers working drive thru. More people came in and asked me where they could order. Everyone was confused and not greeted.

I stopped by around 4 PM when it wasn’t very busy, and I was genuinely surprised by the level of service.
We ordered two matcha lattes. One was in poor condition, with milk foam splashed all over the cup, and the other was not properly mixed—the matcha powder had not been blended at all.
I naturally expected some form of corrective action after pointing this out, but no action was taken.
As someone who also works in a service-oriented role, I felt that their overall service attitude and attention to quality need significant improvement.

The absolute worst service. They all seem oblivious. Jeez, I’ll never come back. No one to help you.
Just went through drive thru- ordered 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches- I got 1 sandwich and 3 drinks…I ask the guy at the drive thru if he got the 3 sandwiches… he says no… hands us our drinks and leaves the window. No sorry, no I can add them… nothing… starts taking his next order …

Dec 11/25 at 7:40 pm, I arrived with my family to celebrate my daughter’s winter concert, and there were 2 workers: Africa American guy and white young lady and the guy locked the doors cause he said there are only two people attending the whole store and they’re only taking drive thru. I asked why, and he stated they are only 2 employees attending. I left frustrated and went to Smoothie King (crossing the street) it was only 1 guy (from India) and he was taking the orders, preparing the orders, delivering the orders and also he told me on Fridays the small becomes medium at price of small. Wow! I got surprised the difference between this Starbucks and Smoothie King.

Drive thru is faster. Went inside for the first time and I ordered but they served the people who ordered after me first. Unnecessary wait time inside. Atmosphere was ok, not great.

Aaron is simply amazing don’t lose him he helped Sunday and I normally don’t like this location morning staff is rude but this time I came in the evening and he was a great experience thank you

There’s a young man that works there. His name is Aaron. He is so exceptional. I was not going in there for a while because the service to me was just so unprofessional and I have spoke about it several times, but since working with him, it’s not just me everyone that comes in contact with him is very happy about their service and their drinks he goes above and beyond for the customer to make us feel welcome and wanted thank you Aaron and much love to you.👍🏽🤗💜
