Terrible service!! Workers are rude and not welcoming!!!! Coffee was not the same. Food wasn’t warm enough. And my 75 year old dad had to use the bathroom and at first was told, they would open the door for us then a few minutes later was told “their co worker” accidentally took the keys home with them. Sooooo the store doesn’t have an extra key?!! Terrible!!! Never coming back to this place!!! This has to be the worst Starbucks we’ve ever been!!!!!

I ordered a latte and egg bites and then got tied up at work. I can down over two hours later and spoke to Carter the district manager about it. It was my fault and I offered to pay but he remade both the drink and the food at no cost. He didn’t have to do that so I greatly appreciate it. This Starbucks is at the bottom of 1700 pacific. Anyway. Gold star for service.
