I came with my aunt Gladys who lives near this Devine location and Windel took our order...He was very friendly, always with a smile and very attentive, kind, and respectful..She also tells me that his attitude is always very friendly and kind..as she has being coming to this location for almost 20years. Will definitely be coming again to this beautiful location.

I have been going to the Preston and Frankford location on and off for about the last four years or so. I have had nothing but great experiences in this store over that span of time. The current team members (Mary, Rudy, Tim, Monica, Windell, Freedom, Murphy, etc.) make it a home away from home environment. They embody the true culture of Starbucks and the vision that the CEO has for this company. I am passionate about how businesses are run and from my personal experience this is some of the best if not the best customer service I have ever experienced. This is exactly what makes me continue to come back over and over again.

My first time at this location. A very busy spot! All seating inside the coffee shop were occupied. My companion and I sat on the covered patio area. I ordered a grande strawberry acai lemonade refresher.... For the most part the lemonade wasn't really detected .. overall it was ok 5 out of 10. My companion enjoyed his latte

I know this location gets pretty busy so i always order 20 minutes ahead. But i come to pick up my order to find they haven’t even started it yet and were prioritizing people that ordered at the store. So frustrating i had to leave without picking up my order because i would be late to work.

would put 0 stars if it was possible. The only thing this Starbucks does well at is make every single mobile order customer angry. If you order head, they’re not gonna make your order. no, not until you get there physically and they get your name. If they don’t get your name, your order isn’t gonna be made at all and you’re gonna stand there for a good 20 minutes until they ask for your name. I’ve had this happen to me the two times I’ve been here and I’ve seen this happen to multiple people. I will order ahead at 7:40, get there at 7:45, and then have to still wait a good 15-20 minutes for my order to be made. The first time this happened to me, the barista didn’t put ice in my drink. I order an iced vanilla sweet cream cold brew, how hard is that to make? Stop pushing orders that’s been made after mine. Make orders in order! Like every single other Starbucks around!

I’ve used mobile order at this Starbucks multiple times, and every single time it’s late. Today, it was 10 minutes late, which completely threw off my schedule. The whole point of mobile ordering is to save time, not to stand around waiting. If the store can’t fulfill orders on time, then what’s the point of offering this feature? I rely on the estimated pickup time, and consistently missing it is really frustrating. I hope the store improves its order management and efficiency—otherwise, I won’t be using mobile order here again.

My regular Starbucks, always quick and friendly, but this morning took the cake. Someone wrote nice messages with little drawings on our food wrappers and coffee mugs. It was a fun, mood-enhancing start to our day. Thanks, Starbucks employee!!
