Starbucks at Preston and Frankfort is one of the best locations in Dallas. The quality of customer service is first-class. This is probably due to the store manager, Andre, who really cares about his customers. Rudy is his right-hand man and does an excellent job as well. There are other Starbucks locations where the customer service is horrible, specifically the Starbucks at Beltline/Quorum and the Starbucks at Midway/Beltline. I would recommend avoiding these locations whenever possible. Starbucks has a customer service problem at many of its stores in Dallas. Whether they do anything about it is an open question.Getting bad service at certain Starbucks locations is why I really appreciate the folks at Starbucks at Preston/Frankfort. They treat customers the right way, with dignity and respect. This is a reflection of the store manager, Andre, who does business the right way and has made sure his employees are properly trained to deliver a high level of customer service.George C. Sowan

I have been going to this location since its grand opening. They have gone though a lot of really good managers over the years. The ones they have now are strong go getters! I always feel welcome by them. Sometimes the baristas are a little less inviting, but the coffee is always good.

Just try to come here to relax with my drink at this Starbucks location but I feel so bad this is not what I want with my horrible drink bad taste two of them they make wrong drink and I just walked back and asked them nicely and I wanted them to change it for me or make a new one but they didn't want to and one of bigger guy his face like he was dissatisfied and he didn't want to change it for me he just grab my drink and just add more of caramel on it and that all very terrible service ever.

The order was late, missing and we experienced worst customer service. This is a repeat occurrence lately. I'll be avoiding this one.

Call the names out louder! There's Christmas music playing loudly, 20 customers talking, and the baristas call out the orders in a barely above whisper volume. If you're not standing RIGHT THERE by the counter, you won't hear your name called out. Don't be shy, speak up!

Went today 11/26/23. One drink was missing cold foam other was missing sweet cream. Drinks tasted horrible. I go to other Starbucks 6-7 times a week (literally) and have ordered the same exact drink for over a year and I can tell you it was made wrong. Also the cold foam/ sweet cream cost extra and to miss them from both drinks is insane. I know Starbucks is expensive but it’s usually worth it, not today.

i’ve recently moved over here, and been coming for a while. weekday staff is great, kind and fast. weekend is completely different. the cashier is rude and rushy, nobody likes burnt egg bites.. two orders that is.. just do better. i spent 45 bucks for disappointment.

I really enjoy this location. My one complaint is that the lady working mobile orders in the morning is not very friendly and is much slower than the other team members. Everything else is amazing here.Dietary restrictions: I use oat or almond milk, and my drinks are delicious.

This has gotten ridiculous and obviously the manager of this store doesn’t care to read all the reviews complaining about how slow and understaffed this store is. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and somehow no matter what day and time we come, they only have 1 person making the drinks and a backup on mobile and in store orders. If I mobile order I have to order it 20 mins in advance and still not guaranteed it will be ready when I get there.

I love the Pink Drink refresher. It is most definitely a refreshing mix and taste. It's topped with dried strawberries and lemonade. Great flavor. Don't forget to grab a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant.

This place seems to be consistently understaffed! Every time in the morning when I place a mobile order it is NEVER made on time. And I place it like 15mins in advance. I get there and it’s atleast another 10 minute wait. They need more staff in the morning! Also the staff was not making angry customers aware they could call customer service to get a refund for their order, instead suggesting to wait and be late to work, wait in the cafe line to speak to the registrar to get a refund (which would take equally as long as just waiting for your order) OR wasting more of your time and going to a different location and showing them your receipt so THAT location could make it. Wow wow wow. More staff, better training. PLEASE

One restroom is currently out of order so the only one available is filthy. I informed the employees but thirty minutes later it still hasn't been cleaned. I am a frequent here and I've never seen the heavier Hispanic woman clean so I didn't expect her to touch the restroom but the other two I did. Two of the employees went to the back for awhile while one dirty restroom available. Also, I had to dry my hands with toilet paper twice.

One of the slowest Starbucks in town. Mobile orders almost always take 15-20 minutes. It doesn’t matter if it’s during the morning rush or the afternoon when no one is in the store. It always takes 15-20 minutes. It’s absolutely bizarre.
