Okay, hear me out…this place is always friendly EVERY time I walk in. The staff are awesome and know how to spell my name without me showing them my card every time! I appreciate their hard work and friendliness, and it’s always a great place to stop before or during my work day.

While I myself am not a Starbucks connoisseur, I had a fantastic time while stopping to do some online work here. The staff was very friendly and made my visit pleasant. The peach lemonade green tea is the best!

my barista accidentally put in the wrong order, but she let me keep the wrong one, and even made me my original order a size bigger! she was so kind and quick to fix it
I went in today to get a take out order and the atmosphere was okay. A (white) door dash man was treated the best respect and was told thank you and to have a great day. After i (a black woman) received my order a worker (a bald middle aged man and other workers during this shift) i said thank you so much and to have a great day. Nobody smiled, nobody said thank you, no one used manners or good customer service. They all just stared at me. My food and order was good but the customer service was an absolute NO!!! I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated.

I used to come here frequently with a stack of books and loved having a quiet spot to work and plan, but they've continued to make their furniture less welcoming - the chairs aren't comfortable and most of the tables are really small and round and overall, not very usable anymore as a third space.
My favorite mocha has crept up in price to well over $6, while the space and environment I was paying for has continued to degrade. The baristas are still friendly and personable though!

Just when we thought we were done with the company, this store blasts through like a supernova, back to the tried and true older service values that most other stores fail to reach anymore, due to burn out, stooping to compete with McDonald’s, or what have you. Not to mention, look at this beauty! Beltline and Coit, won our heart back. Love to all the staff!
