We resorted to going to this location (Preston/Forest) since it stayed open till 10:00. We tried to go to the Preston,/Royal only to be surprised that it closed at 7:00PM on a Saturday.
The interior of the Preston/Forest location seemed cold and outdated; not a place you would want to linger! In addition, Starbuck's policy apparently allows the start of the closing routine to begin an hour before actual closing: having the floor around you being mopped just doesn't add to the overall ambiance. However, the Barista was very pleasant and accommodating!
came in today older bald man with a beard was rude and not welcoming at all. Extremely upsetting and disappointing

The friendliest Starbucks I have encountered since before COVID. It seems to be nowadays rare to find an Starbucks with great customer service. This is the hidden gem. Friendly, fast and efficient. I'll be back.

Service was busy but accurate and quick, I always seem to land behind a doctor's office ordering 30 drinks, it still didn't take long and the spicy falafel pocket was AMAZING, too small though, I always try to order a new food. So far only that and the grilled cheese is to die for (okay that's extreme, but you get my drift)!

Very bad service, especially if you're Hispanic. On Saturday, I arrived for a coffee, waiting over eight minutes to order my coffee, and no one served me. It was just me and one other person. They never took my order.
This is the first Starbucks I’ve been to where every employee is genuinely welcoming. I stopped in for an iced coffee and banana bread and ended up staying a while—just watching how kind and upbeat the staff were with every customer. The positive energy here is consistent, and it really makes a difference.

This is the best Starbucks iced macchiato I've ever had. Generally I try to stay out of Starbucks because it always tastes like the same old burnt coffee but today is different! Not sure if they are made with more love here or just more care, but I'll be back to this location!
The 1st start is for the bathroom. How can this faucet be so dirty with mold! Starbucks needs to train their employees how to clean. It only takes a toothbrush, dish soap and water. We all wash our hands here as much as them. ( Someone didn't do a good job at all). Whoever is in charge of cleaning the bathroom and faucets at front where they also clean the utensils to make our drinks, should make sure all of the faucets are clean!

The lady’s who worked the morning of 9/17 were so extremely rude and had an attitude when all I asked for was a different lid so I can put the cup in my backpack because I ride a motorcycle -Her customer service was extremely offensive and belittling which I don’t understand because I was genuinely nice about the situation. Maybe she was having a bad day or going through a lot I just still think it was unnecessary to be judgmental and give attitude/:
