Normally I just let things slide, but man this lady was such a mood killer man. I just went to this Starbucks to use my birthday rewards. Not knowing I had to still pay. I had no idea Starbucks had changed the reward system, but also I had no idea this Starbucks didn’t use the app as a way to pay. If I had my card with me I would’ve gladly payed, but I didn’t. This blonde lady wasn’t understanding, was condescending, and was making a big deal out of nothing. I was about to leave to go to another Starbucks But the awards wouldn’t be able to go back. So I stayed there awkwardly af until her manager stepped in and hooked me up because she’s cool and empathetic. Something the blonde lady doesn’t seem to be. I’ve worked at a coffee shop before, and you know how’d I handle the situation? I would’ve been like “ oh you didn’t know you couldn’t pay with our app, it’s cool it’s on us today” like man it isn’t that hard to be chill and not Involve your boss.

If I could give this place zero stars I would , The person at the drive-through does not know how to ring in items properly And then will catch an attitude whenever you tell them it is wrong and then expect A TIP??? At the window ????My drink was wrong and hot (it was supposed to be an iced drink)

I wish I could give this Starbucks 0 stars. I don’t even know where to begin. Meeka is the rudest person i’ve ever met. I’ve never had problems when I used to come I don’t know why someone would make her manager because I can tell she doesn’t manage correctly. It’s actually really sad because I used tolove coming to this Starbucks maybe if management changes it could improve.
