Stopped in this morning after a run and the entire morning crew was so friendly and welcoming. It was clear while I enjoyed my coffee that they take the time to know their customers … saying hi by name, and asking how a recent trip went. When I left they made sure to say goodbye … and remembered my name. Really great experience.

Gretchen and her team are fantastic. They are attentive, kind, thoughtful and welcoming. This facilitates a great energy and fun atmosphere, exactly what every Starbucks should aspire to be like! It feels like a special neighborhood spot, versus part of a giant coffee chain.

Is bringing a big dog into an eating establishment something we do now? And something we accept? I was in this Starbucks and a woman brought a huge dog in and it barked extremely loudly upon entering. She took him out for a minute, then brought him back and he lounged on the floor in the middle of the store. I’ve been out of the country for several years so I have to wonder, when did this become acceptable? Never mind the hygienic aspect, what about people with allergies? Pretty sickening. Keep animals out of our food places.

Parking: This area is very elegant and there are some healthy not to mention very area. people in this area. I would suggest not connecting to their work unless you’re on a VPN though
I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, but the caramel flavor was disappointing, and the whipped cream had melted.

Very odd interaction with the barista tonight on 12/4/23.. came a few minutes before closing, didn’t realize they were closing. First thing they say instead of welcoming me is that they were about to close. I apologized and ordered my drink seeing as the store was STILL open. The drink was made incorrectly and when I asked for her to fix it she didn’t want to and told me that she would only if we left immediately. I was shocked by her response to say the least. What did she think, that we were going to stick around knowing they were going to close? Very unnecessary and rude customer service. I work in the neighborhood, literally just a few doors down, and if I ever treated a paying customer that way I can kiss my job goodbye. Never returning to this location again. Should definitely retrain your employees on their attitude and service.
