The people that worked at the counter had a rude, surly, hostile disposition. When I confronted them with it, they gave me an empty, insincere apology and I told them that it was insincere, but it was clear that they didn't care. They cater their service to arrogant, judgmental finance professionals and the like, and if you don't fit that mold, they treat you really poorly.

Love Starbucks but my experience here was terrible. Drink was sour. I’ve never asked for a refund for a drink anywhere but it was so bad and also only partially filled. Woman on the phone was non apologetic and could not give me a refund unless I brought the drink back. This was out of my way. So disappointing.

Something I like about Starbucks is that it is reliable. No matter where you go to a Starbucks anywhere in the world, you can get your favorite drink and it will taste like home. The baristas are friendly and informative and if there is something wrong with your food or drink, they will happily fix it. You can't beat that for service.
Best Starbucks in Dallas for sure! Maybe just the best Starbucks in the world! I will have to tell corporate how amazing this location is! Top tier service! My favorite part is when they leave warm notes on your drink cups and food bags! No other location can compare!

Beautiful location and good staff but when I saw a staff moping the floor at 6:30pm when the cafe closes at 9pm, I couldn’t help but to be concerned. A caution sign isn’t going to prevent a slip and fall when you’re mopping the store while customers are in.

They have new staff members and honestly is such a great team, very friendly and super quick, nothing like it was before! They are super busy but even at the busiest time, at soon as you go in the new team members greet you with a smile and they remember your name even your order!!Is sad to see one of the old staff members just wondering around while they are swamped.But other than that I love to come here and see the improvements they have.Great move Starbucks!!
