I cannot express how much I love this location. From the staff, to the orders always being correct and tasty, to the cleanliness. I stopped here every morning before work and the staff always welcomes you with a warm hello and smile. The location is ALWAYS clean and kept up and it's clear they care about the image of the store and the customer service. This location is the best, Sonika, Juliana, Ana, and the rest are always super friendly, I was totally bummed out when the location was closed due to Covid, but it’s up and running again! I ordered one of their new nitro cold foamy drinks on the app this morning and I didn’t know it had cream and when I found out Alexandra told me they would remake it. Ana, literally remade it with soy milk in less than a minute. Totally made my day!
