I think I share the same feeling with some of you that have posted before.This particular Starbucks off Greenville Ave and just south of Lovers Lane in Dallas does not follow their opening hours very well!! They’re supposed to be open from 4:30AM until 9:00PM (M-F) and 5:00AM-9:00PM (S/S). These hours are supposed to be for both the inside cafe and the drive through. Their hours are posted on the door of the store and online. Just tried to get inside right before 7:00PM on a Monday night and the door is already locked! I can see the baristas inside but they’re not moving or even saying anything. This is not the first time that I try to go inside after 5:00PM at this particular location and it’s already closed! This is getting ridiculous and even if business is slow, they should not close the inside until 9:00PM. Hopefully this store’s district/regional manager or someone from Corporate in Seattle will read my post and get this addressed. Very disappointed in this company, which I support every day going to different locations. PLEASE HELP!!!!

The worst Starbucks !!! I had someone behind the counter yell at me because I asked how long myCoffee would take ? His response was don't u see all these tickets I have ! He doesn't deserve a job at Starbucks. He's a miserable slow paced guy ! I will never come back to this Starbucks.

Great coffee. BUT if you go inside to get your fresh ground coffee to take home and they are busy, turn around and leave and go home and drink water. I waited 21 minutes while 10-12 others were served. Then waited in line to get a refund. NO I'M SORRY or anything just a THANK YOU. Went down the road and found some really good non - astir- buck coffee. See you later, in another life!!!

Lobby closed at 7:20PM.. Why!? Nowhere does it say lobby closes… it says open until 9pm..
This location is run by an absentee manager who lets his staff close the inside whenever they get slow. Google Maps and the hours posted show their open until 9 but the staff will close the inside any day of the week at 6 or 7 or 8 or whenever they want. I’ll be contacting the district manager. Who knows maybe the DM is also milking the company for a paycheck without pulling their weight ??♂️

This location never makes my Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew correctly. I always order the same drink from other Starbucks and never have an issue, but at this location, it tastes completely different. I asked why it was so much darker, and they offered to put another pump of white mocha.It tasted flat and watered down. Disappointing that this is the closest location to work, and I ended up throwing my drink away.

Pretty good, although I feel like their chai could be spicier, the drive through is pretty quick and baristas are always super nice.Kid-friendliness: I think they have plenty of items that kids will enjoy and items that have either low caffeine or no caffeine.
