My kids needed to use the restroom, but I had to buy something first. Even though I was in the act of buying coffee, she would not allow my kids to go into the restroom until after I physically finished purchasing the drink that I was waiting for her to ring up in the register. Ridiculous. Mindless workers can ruin a customer experience. I’ve always thought Starbucks had good customer service until today.

A little upsetting that I have to order food to use the restroom. I consitantly go to various locations to work or do bible studies. Today was one of those days. Sometimes I get drinks and food other times not. It varies.
Today however, I was fasting and needed to use the restroom to which i was told it was only for paying customers.. I understand they don’t know I’m fasting but for me to pay $5 to essentially use the restroom is a bit underwhelming. I ended up buying a drink just so I could go to the restroom. Really hoping this is something that could change here as it is not an issue at other locations. Other than that, the food and the vibes are great.

Starbucks is reliable. You can go anywhere in the world and order your favorite drink. And it is pretty much the same. That being said, there are a few Starbucks out there that when you get your drink you say oh my God. This is so good. This was one of those places. For some reason my regular drink just tasted so much better this morning. And the chocolate chunk brownie was a vision of deliciousness.

everyone here is so nice, especially naomi who made my day with a sweet note on my cup and her cheery attitude. if i didn’t have a reason to come back with everyone being as nice as they are now i have one more reason.
