Robbie is such a breath of fresh air! He’s so positive and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. There are so many coffee shops in Dallas but I’ll continue to this one because it’s clean, nice and open and the staff are great.

The customer service at the store and the company has gone down hill. They will eventually solve your problem through corporate customer service. However, they could care less about your experience in the store when you bring up an issue. They will fix your problem but will never apologize or provide any less of service beyond its transactional nature. I feel like at this point I am just going to Walmart.

I’ve lived downtown for almost a year and this is the best Starbucks in the city. I will always walk further to this location because the baristas are top tier and the experience is always quick and friendly. If you’re traveling this is a great location to work or rest at. 10 stars!

Wandering Canadian review. Stopped in the Ross tower for a meeting and needed a drink afterwards. As someone who loves surprises, Robbie was amazing and made a fantastic drink. It was phenomenal! Thank you!

I have been to this Starbucks 3 times since the launch of Fall 2024 drinks. Each time, my drink has not tasted right. I’ve ordered a few different drinks, and no matter what I order, my drink tastes BAD. This is rather upsetting considering how much the drinks cost.
