Quiet location tucked underground in an office plaza with some outdoor seating. Service was friendly but I can't really say that I had the best food and drink experience here. I did a mobile pickup but when I arrived at the time they said my drink would be ready, they hadn't even started making it, and the pastry was warmed when I had asked it to not be so I could pack it. And they weren't busy. At all. Just a few people already sitting at tables. I'm not usually one to complain, and I certainly appreciate the service, but when your order is very late and not correct when it is not busy -- and there are several nearby locations that do a great job -- it makes you reconsider going back. I'll give it another try next time I'm around, hoping for better results.

I waiting 24 minutes for a Tall Chestnut Praline Latte. There was two ladies in front of me that ordered 8 drinks, which I am lenient towards, however after those 8 drinks were made it took about 12 minutes for my drink to be made and there was only 1 drink in front of me after that large order. The crew was moving very slowly even though they had a line of customers waiting for their drinks to be made. Once I received my drink, I took the lid off to find they had put the wrong topping, which that’s not that big of a deal to me. What is a big deal to me as that they had left about 2 1/2 inches in my cup. I understand you must leave about 1/2in for whipped cream, but for only ordering a Tall size, I feel that is way too much money to pay for so little. I would ask that they focus on making drinks according to Starbucks standards.

I used to love coming into this Starbucks, but every time I order it's not the correct drink, employees have the worst attitude. Except for the gentleman, he does the discounts if you work near by, always has a smile on his face. but the others don't tend to ask.

Very clean downtown Starbucks store with great access to quickly park outside and go in to order. The baristas are very nice and helpful. Love this location!

The place seems to be clean , spacious all that good stuff. But the guy that assisted me was very rude , he seemed Annoyed, pisst, like over it like I was disturbing him (The flamboyant , chubby , Spanish features) the drink he made was perfect but his attitude was not that great……. Will not be coming back. And the guy that was ahead of me also agreed he was just rude. His coworker was stepping out with a cart and his demeanor changed.No voy a pagar para que me maltraten será absurdo.

They overcharge for drinks, only one of the baristas knows how to make them and what I’m assuming is the manager, she is constantly biased. Treating some customers great and others like we are getting drinks for free. She really needs to fix her attitude.
