The barista (her name was Heaven) was absolutely terrible. I had to repeat my order to her several time and it took her several minutes just to ring up three drinks. She got the girls drink wrong in front of me, got my drinks wrong, re-made them, and still got them wrong. I went to customer service to get a refund. She didn’t speak, smile, and had her AirPods in the whole time. Worst experience ever. I have no idea how she even has that job…

There is a dude that works there and he was so rude, I asked him if he can pour a little bit more milk in my drink since it was halfway and he started whining, the thing that upset me was that HE SNATCHED MY DAUGHTERS DRINK, mind you it was my first time coming here and will definitely be the last time.
