Unfortunately, the build out of this location is terrible. Somehow I made the mistake of selecting pick up instead of drive through when placing my app order. Not wanting to congest the line I hopped out of my car to run inside and grab it. Huge mistake. My order took nearly 20 minutes as I saw the drive through lane empty out within 5-10 minutes. By the time I got my coffee the pastry was cold and I was exasperated I didn’t just stay in my car. I also hate that the sleeves aren’t placed on the cups like they used to do or have at other locations. Got caught in nasty traffic afterwards due to the delay. Remembered why I’ve always avoided this location, the makeover inside is pretty and the team was nice but I needed out of there faster

Placing my order is already a challenge for me when I haven't had my coffee. I always feel for the cashiers. I placed my order, and to my surprise I had a cold coffee instead of a hot drink. Always grateful when I am asked is this going to be hot or cold. Rarely do I order cold. Due to this happening I was disappointed, the line was long. I didn't want to bother to request a hot drink. 😫 Since the parking structure is already a challenge, the drive through line is just as bad.

Parking: The parking area has limited amount of spaces to park.

I visit this Starbucks almost every morning and it’s truly the best part of my routine! The team here is always so welcoming. There’s one barista in particular (I don’t know her name!) who always brightens my day with her friendly attitude and great service. It’s little things like that which keep me coming back. It’s clear they care about their customers, and that makes all the difference. The coffee is always great, but it’s the friendly, familiar faces that really make this place special. I appreciate how they consistently start my day on a bright note. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of my mornings!

I used to love this location, but for some reason everything has changed. The level of Customer Service is not there anymore! I don’t understand how you can tell someone you have a personal cup but yet they give you a Starbucks cup. What’s the point of having a personal cup….. and it’d be different. If this only happened once it happens every time I come.

I’m super sad to say this will probably be the last time I visit this location.

If I could talk to the manager and give them feedback, I would totally say have your employees stop and listen…

This is the slowest Starbucks. The parking lot sucks and it's a nightmare to get in and out of just a heads up.

Okay, Starbucks. I just have to tell you this because it is so annoying. When you have an item that sells well, you don't compensate for overstocking or having enough inventory. If you run out early in the day, maybe someone should go to another store and get that item. Busy as thought...

I just came from 2 different locations. This one is off of Northwest highway 75 Shadybrook Lane/Melody Lane. So you know exactly where I'm talking about. I tried to order the Turkey Pesto on Ciabata, and you didn't have anymore. This was around 12:30ish, and you don't have any more sandwiches, and it's lunch time and you don't have any!?! This is a problem. So all I got was a drink so just to let you know I am disappointed in that and giving my 2 cents, not happy. :-(

I go here a lot and most of the time it’s a good experience staff are very friendly and quick but I had a bad experience with one of the staff members didn’t get her name but she had glasses and was wearing pink headphones around her neck on Saturday the 7th around 1:30pm
she was mad because I ordered a ”complicated order and I couldn’t just order a normal order” from what she said talking out loud not sure if she cared I herd her I paid Apple Pay and she slammed the machine hard after I was done paying probably would be the only reason I would not come back she had a really bad attitude and service wasn’t trying to be complicated I’m just pregnant and had a craving.

I regularly come to this location because it’s on my way to work. I honestly don’t know why I continue to come here, my drink always has about 1/4 missing. Doesn’t matter what size I get either.

This is a Starbucks coffee training center every time I order my coffee all the time is different one day good one day is bad. I think I gotta find study place. It already knows how to make the coffee. Be careful.
